    Service - Snow Removal

    Very surprised how early they start, I've never had to take out the shovel, they were there sometimes twice in a day. They were on top of street trucks so never getting stuck in or out of driveway. Great service!!! Highly recommended! Carla

    A+++

    Always here for every storm and early enough for me to drive kids to school on snow day. Lucky them. ;) I would recommend them anytime. Quick and on time. They were here before the other company was at my neighbor.

    On my short list

    Came early enough in the morning to open the driveway on storm days and completely done by the time I get home. Super fast: less than 2 minutes for a full jdriveway. Great e-mail updates on progress, Price is fine.

    Excellent Service.

    No complaints on service. Snow removal is very good and done in a reasonable amount of time. The only issue is with contacting the office. I know that most people call the office to complain about the drivers having not shown up fast enough. This most likely discourages answering the phones. I have made 3 attempts via phone and email to discuss a matter and no one contacted me. for that reason, I cannot give 5 stars. Overall, the service is great, the communication via the newsletter is effective and I would recommend.

    Residential Snow Removal

    Great reliable service, if there is an issue they will return. No problems with any damage to yard or laneway, provides up to date information on the weather and approximate time of arrival. I have used this service for three years now and will continue going forward. A strong local company - glad you are there for us.

    Driveway Snow Removal

    We have been clients for 2 years now and will be our 3rd year this coming winter. Metro does an excellent service and is very thorough with the work it provides. My husband get updated emails if schedule will be a bit delayed (due to city’s schedule). Before we leave for work in the morning (7am) and before we arrive home (7pm), our driveway has been cleared of snow already. I don’t recall us giving them a phonecall due to poor or lack of service. Price is reasonable. We are very happy with this company and would gladly stay with them for as long as they serve. Keep up the good work Metro!

    Snow Removal

    Great and timely service. keeps you connected with emails and newsletter throughout the season. Sends plans ahead of time and sends real time updates on the vehicle status. Affordable and easy payment methods. Highly recommended.

    Snow & ice management

    I was ignore several times when I tried to tell them that the snowplow had not come by my house. I paid for ice management, but several times they didn't come when an email said they would. Our driveways were supposed to be more clear than others who didn't pay for ice management, but my driveway was always the same as my neighbours who hadn't signed up. They left me stranded on Christmas Day not able to get out of my house because of a huge snowstorm, actually telling me that I expected too much of them because I was disabled and on my own, without anyone to help shovel. The owner gets very upset and angry when you try to complain and makes it sound like it's your own fault. Even when you send photos

    A Challanging Job

    Given my one year experience with Metro, I have found them above average in terms of service, equipment and communication. I really understand how challenging their task is particularly to fulfill the growing demand in Barrhaven area. I appreciate their staff and drivers for the dedication and hard work to fulfill the demands. I like the frankness and humor of Ken Dale. I wish them good luck for upcoming season and looking forward for improved service.

    Snow removal

    Drivers are on time and always do a great job. The weekly emails are entertaining too! No BS, just real talk. Well worth it when it’s -24 and 20cm of snow!
