These guys do way better job than others I used to have. They come early before you go to work and make sure the drive ways are clean for you to pull out your cars. Highly recommend.

I have used for the last few years and they are doing a good job. Good communications about status of drivers out on the road. Driver was always respectful and cleared my driveway on time, every time. Will definitely renew my contract! Thanks metro!

I have been with Metro for over 2 seasons now and have stayed with them simply because I don't drive to work in the morning. Delays in clearing are understandable after major storms but in my area, Metro was generally the last to arrive by quite a bit of time. My driveway was cleared 90% of the time and only had to e-mail or call them 2 or 3 times to clear it. Calling or e-mailing them with your name and address does not garner a response from the company, which isn't the best customer service but the driveway was eventually cleared. I'd typically wait at the most 24hrs after a snow storm to have my driveway cleared. That's pretty bad considering my neighbours using Andy's would have their driveways cleared within hours following a storm. Metro could definitely use some improvement in service delivery and customer service. I probably should have signed with Andy's but I'm hoping enough people cancelled their renewals that my service with Metro will somehow become better this year? Wishful thinking, I know.

They were very professional. I loved the end result of what they did. They provided a great service. They were very courteous, they went the extra mile cleaning the driveway before they left.

Metro Snow is the most efficient snow removal company that I have dealt with. Ken takes great pride in his service and keeps in touch with his clients throughout the process. I would highly recommend him for year-round maintenance.

I definitely recommend Metro Snow. I used them for one property, and now I have them serving multiple properties in our portfolio! As far as vendors are concerned, they are honest, reliable and extremely efficient. If you are looking for all of the above, then Metro Snow is the way to go!

Excellent service, always on time and great customer care! For over 3 years they have provided our various store fronts throughout Ottawa with great snow removal service, keeping us operational throughout all snow storms in the city.

I decided to give Metro Snow the contract to handle the snow services for my retail center this year. They were on site from the beginning of the storm until the snow stopped during the huge blizzard and kept my property clear throughout the whole storm. After the storm was over they were able to move the snow so customers could park. Metro snow will be handling all my other properties this year. The owner Ken is always reachable by phone anytime I called to get an update on my property.

EDIT (2020-01-23) Just read a news article that says Metro is shutting down 2 out of 3 offices... due to increased insurance costs and much lower customer base - EXACTLY as deserved. I feel bad for the 1500 or so customers that will be left to their own to clear their driveways (but this would have been the case anyway because this company is terrible...) Hopefully reasonable competition and fair minded and right-sized operations can fill in the customer demand for next year. Also very happy the bogus 10/10 reviews Ken paid people or bots to write did not allow this sham company to sucker even more people... --//-- Amazing how many 10/10 fake reviews there are on this site. Ken must be getting desperate. Long story short, this company (under previous ownership) used to be decent but is now the worst. Missed runs, delayed runs, unusually aggressive owner, reluctance to own up to mistakes. Perhaps they got too big for their own sake. They have been trying to undercut competitor prices in my neighborhood (according to their flyers) but it's probably worth a few bucks more for a service that will actually show up...

I've had the pleasure of working with Metro for 2 years. There is no one as reliable, quick and organized as these guys and the high degree professionalism is something I'm not used to! Would happily recommend them to anyone who needs good snow plowing service!
