Update: My insurance company has notified me that Metro has finally submitted payment to them after nine months. Damaged my property to the extent it was a major safety issue (see photo). My neighbours were outside and witnessed the tractor driver look at the damage and then drive away. Of course Metro ignored my calls and emails so I had to call my insurance company to shore up the broken post and open a claim. Metro has told my insurance company the check is in the mail for several months and are now dodging their emails and phone calls. I question if they even have a certificate of insurance at this point. I had to shovel my own driveway after both major storms last winter and when they finally showed up, this happened. Ignore the 10/10 reviews, there is a reason they are being posted one after another at the same time, use your common sense. Use another company as well.

We have recently switched over to Metro and have been very pleased with their prompt service. We are thrilled too that they actually shovel our walks instead of blow the snow everywhere! Thanks for your hard work!

The service has always been excellent! Many of my neighbours have alway commented that my driveway always gets cleared before the other snow blowing companies have been around to clear out the neighbours driveways. I also have my walkway shovelled as well. I'm very pleased with their service and will continue to be a customer.

I didn't have any issues with their service. They can't be at every home at the same time at the first sight of snow, especially during a big storm. The office people I dealt with were quick to respond and the snow removal was professional and well done. I will be signing up again this year and have recommended them to others.

This is the second year I have entrusted Metro Snow with my building and let me say there will be many more years to come. Their responsiveness and thoroughness of snow removal initially, with follow-up visits as needed are outstanding. Top notch service and very professional.

I started using Metro for snow removal last year. I'm very happy with the service. After the first snow storm, the driver missed our house since we were a new customer. When I contacted the office, they answered my call right away. And the driver came to clean our driveway within 10 minutes. The office even reached out to me half an hour later to check with me if the driver came.

Metro Snow does great snow removal. I've never had an issue with snow being removed in a timely matter or with snow left on the road as I saw in some of the other reviews. Prices are fair, the employees are great and the jobs are well done!
