You guys always go above and beyond on the Winter months, feel happy that we book you every year, and don’t have to worry about snow removal. Thank you for all your hard work.

I had Metro from 2014 til spring 2019. The service started out well, but has deteriorated. But what bothered me perhaps more than the poor service was the reaction of the company to complaints. The owner discounts his complaints (see his responses to other poor reviews!) This past winter was the pits. A couple of my issues: (a) I live in a townhouse. To clear the whole driveway, the driver needs to make 2 passes. But instead, they only did one pass down the middle. The rest of the season, anyone parking in my driveway could not get out of the driver's side (because it got bad when I was out of town, and I couldn't fix by shovel after I returned, as it had hardened. A pass with the tractor could have resolved it). I complained and nothing was done. (b) I was missed, a number of times, when neighbors were cleared all around me. I complained, and he sent a driver back 3 days later... how is that helpful? Oh - and when the driver came back, (s)he didn't address the outstanding complaint about the part of my driveway not being done. Those were my big issues.

I was reluctant to outsource my snow removal services as I have always done it myself but with a bad back, I am so happy to have picked this company. I will absolutely recommend them to anyone. Very nice reception and staff who definitely put the customer first! Thank you

Excellent! I love excellent customer service and people who take pride in their work. The response was quick when requesting an estimate. I found the price to be fair. They did such a good job clearing our driveway, I'm impressed.

What a service!!! I paid this company $ 339.00 to clear my driveway. I ended up clearing the driveway on every major snow storm (and we had quite few this past season). Metro Snow either did not show up, or was very late coming in (very late means more than 12 hours) or never showed up after the city graders. And if you read the response of Mr Dale to customer reviews, you will see the arrogance and careless attitude shown by this company to its customers. In one of his rare visits to clear the snow, the driver caused some minor damage to my property. I immediately reported it and provided pictures. I was given the all kind of untrue excuses and endless promises and finally just last week they fixed the damage and I wish they have not. It was such a bad fix that I had to redo myself. Bottom line: Do not be fooled with the company. Stay away from it. And if you insist on contracting with them, do yourself a favor and buy a shovel or a snow thrower. You will need it

We used Metro Snow last year and we were very impressed with the quality and steady service they provided. We also found their prices very reasonable. We have already booked them for the upcoming winter season. We have used a number of snow removal services over the years and we have found this company stands out from the rest. We recommend them to anyone.

These guys did a great job clearing snow from both my house and business. They came reliably and really did a thorough job and were quite reasonable in price. Also the owner Ken is a great guy and I really trust him.

Great service from these guys. They have all the equipment needed to do big jobs, fast! They did some snow removal for one of my commercial properties. They came in on budget and on time, would recommend them for any job.
