Balcony Tiles
The small balcony for my new condo needed to be tiled; the concrete was patchy and dirty. I called Ron, and from our first conversation, I felt I had found the right person to do the job. We discussed several options, finally settling on a good plan. He started work the next day, which, with my busy schedule, I truly appreciated.
The work was meticulous because the balcony is small, and any error is noticeable. Also, there are these uniquely shaped poles holding up the glass that are bolted to the cement. Ron had to cut around the basesthere are 6 of themin order to fit the tiles. The work he did was simply superb. Using several different saws, he was able to cut the tiles precisely around the basesit looks as though the tiling was part of the original design from the builder. Its great work, almost artistic.
Throughout the process, Ron consulted with me and confirmed what I wanted. He not only cares about and has pride in his work, but he also cares about customer satisfaction. There arent many contractors around like Ron.
A couple of neighbours came by to see the finished work and were blown away.
The work was professionally done, and the price was righttwo very important points to remember. I would gladly recommend Ron (and Bellevue Landscaping) to anyone.
