    Foundation Waterproofing and plumbing

    I highly recommend Tornado Plumbing. Sergey and his crew worked very hard to waterproof my foundation and install a French drainage system. They also fixed up some plumbing that was done improperly. Sergey and his team went above and beyond with this job. Cleanup was done beautifully. Great job and I would definitely use them again for any plumbing, drainage, or foundation needs!

    Faucet Replacement and Shutoff Valve Fix

    We had two small jobs: a faucet replacement and a shutoff value fix. Before the job, communication and coordination was pleasant and responsive. During the job, the plumber exceeded my expectations completing the two tasks with care and efficiency. After the job, I had absolutely no clean-up. I am extremely pleased with this service.

    Crack seal - home entrance

    Sergey and his crew did a fantastic job. They came in: dug up a trench to seal a crack on the garage door wall, waterproofed, put in a weeping tile and connected to the storm drain. After which they put everything back, including my interlocking, and cleaned up as if they were never there. Highly recommend tornado plumbing and I will be using them again in the future.

    Bathroom fix

    Needed a plumber to fix previous plumbers mistake. Tornado plumbing came recommended by a friend and they were great. It was a tough job but they were able to troubleshoot and get the job done as quoted. I would highly recommend them.

    Bathroom rough-in + Basement Laundry plumbing

    I had Serhiy reroute some existing plumbing for our 3 piece bathroom and reroute supply lines to better suite our future basement renovation. The job quoted was what was payed even though it turned out to be slightly more complicated than what we both expected. Serhiy ensured the job was completed and stayed until 10p to ensure it was. At the end of the day, I would have paid more for this level of service and would highly recommend them to anybody simply for their professionalism and workmanship.

    Great work and quick response

    Sergey was great; he was polite on the phone and ensured he fully understood the job required in advance. When he arrived went through all the work required and discussed costs... once we agreed on the work I wanted he was underway with getting the parts necessary. I knew the work was not very complicated or time consuming, however other outfits were charging me way more for the same work. What really sold me on Sergey was his cleanliness... me made sure to clean up all his mess when he was completed at every stage of the job. Nothing negative to say about this company... they will always be our go-to plumbers from this point forth.

    Hose bibb replacement

    Had a leaky/spraying garage water tap. Tornado Plumbing responded immediately to my message and was able to schedule the replacement work the same day. Sergey and his crew mate were very professional. They worked cleanly and finished the job quickly. Thank you!

    Basement clay pipe removal, PVC replacement

    We had a flooding issue in the basement of our rental property due decayed old clay pipes. Sergei and Igor worked quickly and effectively to dig up every last bit of the old pipe and replaced it all with new PVC. The job ended up being much bigger than first expected but they stayed until late into the night to get it all done properly and in good spirits as well. Igor was great with communicating status updates during the job itself as well as with follow-up the day and week after. We are happy to have chosen Tornado Plumbing for the quality of work they completed, as well as the level of feedback and communication they provided before, during and after the job. Will definitely call on them again- thanks guys!

    Pipe Replacement

    Had to have tree roots removed from my yard and a 5 foot section of piping replaced, heard about Tornado Plumbing from a friend and am very happy I called them. They were polite, professional and did everything for a very reasonable rate. I would call on them again!

    Laundry room changes

    Called Tornado based on a review I saw here about how happy they were with the modifications they had done in their laundry room. I needed new piping and valves installed to allow a remodeling of the area. Serhly came out, gave me a free quote that I found very reasonable. He came across as knowledgeable and honest, so I hired him immediately, so he came back the next week, and completed the job within less than 2 hours. I am completely satisfied with the quality of his work...I have stored his number and will definitely use Tornado plumbing for any future plumbing needs. I have already referred him to family and they have used Tornado already.
