Brae was excellent, he was punctual, he diagnosed the problem, gave me a price , then proceeded to repair the furnace and cleaned up area,now I have heat again. I will recommend him to anyone.

Fast, excellent and reliable service. I have had my furnace repaired, my gas stove connected, my gas fireplace serviced and cleaned, a humidifier installed on my furnace, and a furnace cleaning. All services were done to a high standard, with fast, friendly and professional service. I would highly recommend this service to anyone without a doubt!

You know that satisfying feeling you get when you find a trades person who is totally dependable and reliable? That's how we feel about Brae. He has done several jobs for us now and is always extremely professional- calls back promptly, takes care of the problem quickly and for the best price, and explains the situation in easy-to-understand terms. Our furnace died on Monday of this week. Brae and his team replaced it on Tuesday quickly and with the minimum of disruption, going the extra mile on the quality of installation. Very pleased, as always.

Found Brae Daly online trying to avoid major heating and cooling company. Very happy with the honest and knowledge service he provides. Would be happy to refer him to any family and friends. I independently verified his licensing on the TSSC website and it is current. Read the one negative review he has which appears purely related to frustration over a gas shutoff. Having experienced a gas shutoff before I know how this feels, but in hindsight recognize why it needed to be done. Any reputable gas technician will have done the same thing. Brae is not your guy if your looking to circumvent safety regulation.

I never leave reviews, but this is my first review and Brae was great. He provided me with a new furnace humidifier and installation with a great 10 year warranty on the unit. He is very helpful and knowledgeable and very quick at responding and getting the job done. Great work Brae. I've booked another job with Brae already.
