Furnace motor went on one of the coldest nights of the season. Contacted Brae from his Kijijij ad and was answered promptly and professionally. Came out immediately, assessed that the furnace motor was gone and was able to source and replace it within an hour. Wow! What great service. Reasonable rate, professional, courteous and clean work. Would highly recommend Brae and his services.

Our wholehome humidifier was not functioning and I contacted a couple of companies through homestarts. Brae was very quick to get back to me and answer many of my questions. We found out that a selonoid value may need to be replaced. He advised me that it is better to install a new humidifier than replacing the value as price of the part plus labour would likely be close to a new one. Once a decision was made he came with a short notice and replaced our humidifier in a very professional manner. I highly recommend Brae for all your heating and cooling needs.

Amazing professionalism, quick response time, honest and dependable. Serviced my original furnace, provided honest feedback, not pushy. Eventually replaced old furnace due to malfunctioning with high efficiency high end furnace. Installed thermostat at no charge + complimentary service calls. Couldnt ask for anyone better. Highly recommended.

Brae has been servicing my furnace and air conditioner for a couple of years now. He is a true professional -- skilled, knowledgeable, and will go the extra mile. He's friendly and doesn't mind answering questions or explaining what he's doing. He shows up promptly and gets the job done at a fair price. Highly recommended. I wouldn't call anyone else.

Highly, highly recommend Brae. I was so impressed with his quick response (called after regular hours) and he showed up exactly when he said he would, 30 minutes after the call. Assessed my furnace and explained exactly what was wrong. Didn't have the part in stock so he drove a distance on his own time the next day to pick up, came back and repaired my furnace. Called back a couple of days later to inquire about a mistake I had made with some wiring with a new thermostat and he came back, fixed what I had done wrong. Amazing, friendly, fair and very professional. I won't go anywhere else now. Thank you so much for a great experience and repairing the furnace so quickly

Brae Fixed my furnace quickly and efficiently. Came within an hour of me calling and fixed my furnace on a cold night. His quote was 3 x less than the company I originally called and was able to accommodate coming right away so we didn't have to go through another cold night. Thank you so much Brae!!!

I was lucky to find Brae Daly for our Humidifier install. Great guy and Great workmanship. All his work is extremely neat and proffesional and he took the time to explain how everything works and how we will benefit from having the Humidifier. I will be recommending him to all family and friends and will have him back to do more work for us in the future. 5 star all around.

Brae moved the furnace and installed a beer more efficient hot water heater. They were efficient and came when they said and left the work area clean.

Brae is excellent and I would HIGHLY recommend him!! I own multiple properties and have hired numerous trade professionals in the past and have been VERY disappointed on many occasions ( ex: Not showing up in a fair time frame OR being over charged ). Brae was at my home within 30 mins of first calling him (9:30pm) on a cold December evening to fix my broken furnace! I was so impressed with his quick attention to my needs and his ability to fix the problem in such a short period of time.
