We found Brae on homestars when looking to have the old furnance replaced in a century home we are renovating. His quote was competitive. He understood what we were trying to achieve. He did the work when he said he would efficiently. He is a great communicator, and kept us informed all along the way. We are very happy and would definitely recommend him highly.

We needed our A/C disconnected and put back during a landscaping project. Brae graciously agreed to help at the last minute making our project possible. He was efficient, courteous and professional. Brae went above and beyond to accommodate our schedules and did so at a price that was significantly less than other companies quoted. Highly recommend.

Had Brae send me proof of insurance before he arrive he had that sent to me no problem within forty-five minutes. Gave me a quick quote over text and we set an appointment. He offered to show up after 5 to help work around my schedule and he was courteous and very knowledgeable. I would fully recommend him for any job.

I have a very old gas fireplace in an extremely old house in PIckering. This is my main source of heat. I called Brae on Tuesday morning and he was at my house that day. Unfortunately it was not a quick fix, but parts were ordered and he has spent the better part of 3 hours here today fixing some major issues. He is reachable, honest, and very fair with his pricing. I couldn't be more grateful for the work he has done and the speed with which it was completed. HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

My furnace ignition broke, I called Brae at 9:45 PM and he was literally at my house by 10pm. Very knowledgeable and reasonably priced, I will be calling him if I have any other issues.

Brae is fast and knows his stuff. He drove to Markham in a snow storm so he could get the part to fix our HVAC unit and installed it the same day!

My furnace stopped working on the first big temperature drop of the year. I called Brae late at night and he arrived 30 minutes later. He quickly identified the problem (inducer motor) and offered some space heaters for the night until the new motor arrived the following morning. Brae was professional, fair, and took the opportunity to do a general maintenance of the furnace while installing the new motor. Highly recommended.
