I called Brae after 6pm as my thermostat stopped working. He answered right away and was at my house and installed a new one in less than 30 minutes. If you need awesome service for a good price, give Brae a call. Brae also installed a furnace humidifier in early December and was impressed with his professionalism. There is a reason why he has a 10 out of 10 rating. Thanks again Brae

When the coldest day hit naturally my furance went out on me, some research and checking Homestars lead me to contact Brae who was prompt, honest and above all else walked me through everything he was doing. Was so good that I’ve decided to also use him for a new AC unit in the spring. Highly recommended as he is transparent, trustworthy and beyond helpful.

Professional service by Brae. He is very responsive and within your budget. He installed a Humidifier at my house and its working fine without any problem. I had no trouble in setting up the appointment and he promptly showed up.

Brea Daly installed a furnace humidifier for me at the beginning of the year. I was having trouble getting it to work since turning it back on with the furnace this winter. I called Brae who immediately returned my call and was over within an hour. Not only great and friendly service, but when something goes wrong , he responds immediately. Very happy with this company and highly recommend. The service after you buy is just as great as the initial sale.

Needing a new furnace and looking for a service to do this work, I connected with a few local installers. Brae was the most responsive, showed up at my house that evening and provided a very reasonable quote (less than other providers) for a high quality furnace. He recommended a duct ceaning service that did an incredible job at a reasonable price. The duct cleaning was done 6 days after quote and the furnace was installed the following day on time. Brae was scheduled to do a check up on our furnace and fireplace. He ended up fixing a noise problem we'd been having with our furnace as well as maintenance on both. He and his assistant were both very professional and courteous. When asked Brae gave us information about the furnace and followed up with a quote for both furnace and a/c replacement. My HRV motor needed to be replaced. I received a few quotes and decided to go with Brae. He did great work and was very professional. The job was done under 30 minutes and my HRV is back up and running again. Pricing was very reasonable compared to others. Thank you so much Brae!

My original furnace from 1991 needed replacing, Internet reviews pointed me to Brae Daly. We had Brae and his Team replace our old Furnace with a nice new unit along with a attached Humidifier, excellent service, highly recommended, thankyou.

We found Brae on Homestars when our 25+ year old a/c unit broke down the first week of July. Brae recommended a new unit that both met our needs and was priced reasonably. The crew was on time (actually, were able to come out a day earlier), tidy, and polite and professional. We certainly appreciated the a/c this summer ! Brae corrected a minor issue with our furnace while on the call, at no additional cost and was responsive and professional when I contacted him recently to correct another issue unrelated to the a/c install. Would not hesitate to use his services in future.

The crew arrived on time and were busy working away - it was so hot without air by 2 PM all was installed and cool air was flowing in our home We also replaced a very old and inefficient furnace at the same time we will find out more when the weather gets colder but today air is blasing away
