Thank you for a job well done! Brae Daly and his team were professional and replaced my furnace quickly and efficiently. I definitely would recommend.

Water was leaking from the furnace. Worn seal near the motor and a cracked copper pipe (which should not have been there) that leads the water to the condensate pump. Brae did not have the exact part for the pipe so went out and got what he needed, came right back, completed the work quickly. Knowledgeable, good work.

No heat on the coldest day/night of the season, we found Brae online and within 2 hours he came by. Brae figured out what was needed and on got our furnace back online. Fast, good, friendly and professional service is what you can expect from Brae Daly.

Quick / Great service I called Brea Daly 8 am on a Saturday morning. He had my furnace up and running before 11am. He also addressed some issues I was having with my Hot Air Recovery Ventilator and humidifier. I will use him again for any other issues and would also recommend him.

Brae Came out to assess the job and had his crew out first thing the next day to install the new furnace. Workmanship was excellent and both BRae and his team (Tyler and another Man) were very professional and clean. I would highly recommend them for any HVAC needs for both repairs and installs.

I called Brae at 7:30 am to repair our furnace as it had stopped working the night before and we had gone without heat all night. He responded in under 5 minutes and squeezed us into his schedule which is likely jam packed during this time of year. He was very punctual, polite, professional, informative, and friendly. He had the required part in his truck so he was able to fix it immediately. He was in and out in 20 minutes and our furnace was back up and running. Brae’s rates are extremely reasonable as well. We would highly recommend him and will definitely call him for any future heating/AC needs. Thanks Brae! ?

We have always received fast and professional service from Brae. Even when an emergency call out was necessary, he was quick to respond and fixed the problem as quickly as was possible.

The coldest day this year and my furnace stopped working. Called the big companies, but they couldn't make it soon. Called Brae and he came in just over and hour. Friendly to deal with and knowledgable. Repaired within a reasonable time at having to go for parts. Showed the problem and what was repaired. He also gave all the options without a sales pitch. Would highly recommend.

The entire experience of dealing with Brae Daly -Heating and Air Conditioning Specialist was exceptional.
