    Built new house

    Our sales representatives Chalsey and Rachel were really awesome and very patient to answer all our questions (even the silly ones). It was a very personalized experience and they both were really professional. Brent our builder was really knowledgeable and explained us about our house very well. Our overall experience of buying a house with hopewell was very smooth and hassle free and we would recommend Hopewell to all our family and friends.

    Our new home build with Hopewell

    Chalsey and Rachel were great from start to finish of our new home build. We had previously owned condos and townhomes and were ready for a detached home. Unlike other builders, we found that Hopewell's show homes were not "over" upgraded, and had great base options, so you had a real sense of what your actual home would look like. Other show homes would list a price that was very different from the reality of the real build by hundreds of thousands. From start to finish we felt comfortable and not pushed by Chalsey and Rachel and once we committed, their follow up to our concerns was great. From the show home, to using their recommended realtor Danny, to using their lawyer and their previous home purchase program, to taking possession and for follow ups on inevitable defects on a new build, we have been extremely satisfied. 4 stars only due to a few limits we encountered on options, like wanting to wire surround sound during construction, to no option for heated floors and driveway, and wanting to move a non structural wall, we were limited to some extent but overall very satisfied.

    New Build

    Honestly we have built before with another builder and our experience this time around has been exceptional in comparison. From our first phone call to inquire, Rachel and Chalsey have been so amazing to work with! I would recommend Hopewell to anyone who is considering building, but even more so these two ladies. Customer service is hard to come by these days and these two have raised the bar. We are getting an amazing product and the best team to guide us step by step during the whole process. Considering a build, go see Chalsey and Rachel at Hopewell.

    Hopewell New House

    Larisa and I want to express our appreciation to Hopewell and to let you know how pleased we are with our new home and the experiences we had working with your employees! The house is wonderful, and its construction and finishing went very smoothly. We want to say thank you to Brent, the site supervisor. He was extremely responsive to our needs throughout the building process and worked diligently with us to get the house completed on time and to our specifications. Working with your office staff Stacy, Justine and Jennifer was also a very pleasurable experience. They treated us with courtesy and respect and were always there when we had questions and concerns.     New House

    Hi there, Just wanted to say thank Chalsey and Rachel for the wonderful service they provided! We found the house of our dream for the budget we have. Hopewell Residential truly offers a great value for the dollar. We got a home just under 2000 SF with a bonus room and a number of upgrades, including granite countertops in the kitchen! And it is located in the Lake Community! Since we need only one car for our family as my wife doesn’t drive, there is no need for us to pay for a double car garage. Hopewell Residential is the only company in Mahogany that offers houses with one car garage. And also it gives you opportunity to reduce expenditure on zero line lot so that you can afford more living space in the house. And again, you simply cannot beat the value. We got a lot of nicely laid out living space for the price of a much smaller double garage house on a wider lot. So, for many people out there with a tight budget, that could be a great solution. We love our new home and are looking forward to moving in! As for the sales team, they are extremely nice people who have an ability to listen and understand their clients. They patiently addressed every need of our growing family and helped us to make the right choice in terms of layouts and upgrades! I recommend dealing with Chalsey and Rachel big time!     New build

    Chalsey and Rachel were a dream to work with. We had soooo many questions as we are first time home builders and they were able to answer every one. If we were to do it all over again we would choose hopewell, chalsey and Rachel again in a second. They really made this process a breeze and we can't thank them enough.     New Home Purchase

    We built a new home with Hopewell in 2017. We do love our home and are satisfied with the end product. The assistance we received from the area manager, Chalsey Bugeaud, was by far the most helpful and enjoyable experience of the whole process. We are happy to be living in our new home and excited to create our lives in it.

    New Bungalow

    The ladies at the sales office were very helpful and pleasant to deal with as was the site supervisor. Our only issue was the design studio. You have to pick your finishes, appliances and plumbing before they will start the build yet when it was time fo to supply our tile they couldn't supply it. All the other finishes including paint had been selected to get the look we wanted. There was no apology or explanation why it wasn't available. When I went to pick out other tile my selection was very limited as the boards were empty or not available. It seemed like they didnt want me to upgrade which I thought should have been offered as they couldn't supply what we picked. I got the feeling it would be to much trouble to redo the paper work. Overall we have been happy with the service and end product.

    Logan & Essential Collection

    Having been searching for a new house for over a year and trying to figure out what product we wanted out in Mahogany we came across the front attached garage homes in the essential collection with Chalsey & Rachel. We had always loved the hopewell homes, however had yet to find someone who had taken the time to go through everything with us, and help us make a great lot selection, and walk us through the entire process. Our choice was between the Logan & the stylus. However because of how awesome Rachel & Chalsey were, we chose to go with the Logan, and we have not looked back. We love our selection, and the floor plan, and everything that came with it. Overall the process of purchasing, and signing papers and what not was flawless. NO issues, and the girls were there every step of the way. Throughout the building process we were kept up to date with what was happening with our house, and we even received pictures, which is something awesome to be able to look back and watch your house being built. Was there a few hick ups with some of the items, and the build process...sure...but we expected to have some minor problems but Chalsey and Rachel made sure everything was fixed immediately and the process continued. Once we received possession the girls were there for when something was not working, and helped us even after our purchase. We are over the moon with our purchase, and we will not hesitate to build with Rachel, Chalsey & Hopewell again!

    New Home Build

    We purchased a new home through Hopewell Resindential. Chalsey helped us and was very helpful. As I’m sure with most new home builds not everything goes perfectly, but overall we have been happy. The process was simple, but we were able to get what we wanted. We took possession on October 18, 2017. We have yet to have our 3 month inspection and as long as they take care of some of the issues I will be happy to keep this positive towards Hopewell! If not then I will amend it.
