I'm very happy with the service I am getting from Hopewell, the sales team are very nice and accommodating especially Alina. I worked closely with Alina from day one and I'm very happy that it was her I met on the first day, she has been such a great help and her advice helped me a lot on making decisions. She was very quick on answering my emails every time I had a question, very much appreciated. I am a first time homebuyer and Alina accommodated me every step of the way to make it happen. I still remembered the first day I went to show homes, I didn't really intend to buy a unit that soon but little did I know that I'm just going to fall in love with the place, the floorplans, the location (so close to what they call Urban Village where they have groceries, coffee shops, banks, dinings, a Shoppers Drug Mart, and more… pretty much everything I must say…) So when I left Sandgate, I just couldn't stop myself thinking about the place and I can just imagine myself living there… so my advise is that, once you find the PERFECT place, you will feel it, you will just know it and you will just make it happen.... To sum it up, I honestly just can't wait to move in at Sandgate....

I've built more than a few houses before, both with good and bad experiences. Building with Hopewell was far different than I was anticipating though! Everything was smooth and seamless. The selection process was quick and fabulous. The sales team kept me up to date with weekly emails and answered any questions I had very quickly. By keeping me so closely in the loop, I didn't find the process stressful at all. I even got my possession date well ahead of time! The experience continues to impress, as I have hardly anything on the list for my next service call. Fantastic!!!

This is our first time building a new home and we can honestly say that the process has been quite easy. Chalsey and Rachel have ensured that we are kept updated with the progress as well as addressing all of our questions and concerns along the way. As first time home builders we were not sure of how things worked, they have been outstanding with the communication and follow up. We are taking possession of our new home very soon and are thankful for getting to work with a great team of people.

My experience with Stacey, Justine and Jennifer has been nothing short of awesome. Being a first time home buyer, they have made the process easier than I ever imagined. Their timeliness, advice and thoughtfulness is what is going to keep me a loyal Hopewell homeowner. I would recommend them in a heartbeat!

I would highly recommend building with Hopewell Residential. They properly communicated with us through-out the entire process and were a pleasure to work with! Chalsay and Rachel sent us updates of our home every week!

Amazing service from start to finish. Stacy, Jennifer and Justine in the sales office were awesome to deal with, and Nathan the foreman was a huge help with the building details. This is my second new home purchase with Hopewell. I dealt with the same staff both times and they are what brought me back a 2nd time. I would gladly do it again and confidently recommend them to family and friends.

We live in Mahogany and have seen our entire area contesuctes around us - 2.5 years of living within a construction zone. The final two houses on our street to be finished were Hopewell lots, and located on either side of our house, in a cul de sac with limited parking. We were dreading the lots being built! the site manager spoke to us early in construction and gave us his contact info and reassurances of minimal disruption. We were hopeful! And as it turned out, Jeff the Site Manager was right. Over 9 months of construction on both sides of our house, (with a small baby in our house who needed naps) we had very little disruption from the build. We often interacted with the construction Crews who were really polite, considerate, rang the bell to ask permission if they ever needed to block the drive, waved at my kids (especially my baby who was fascinated looking out the windows at the work!) and generally tried their best not to disturb us. Not all construction Crews are so considerate, and we wanted to extend our gratitude to Hopewell and their Crews for making what could've have been a difficult 9 months pretty effortless. :-)

Awesome sale staff in Mahogany, Chalsey and Rachel offered me and my wife an exceptional service and we couldn't be happier with choosing HopeWell Residential as the beuilder of our home. Something to improve? Yes. You can do better on the welcome gift basket for new homeowners, specially when they have spent about half million dollars on a house.

I purchased a home from Hopewell residential and dealt with both Chalsey Bugeaud and Rachel Honish. All I can say is they were absolutely amazing. They always made sure they followed up with me regarding the progress of the construction of the house. Also, everytime I had a question regarding anything, for example, property purchase documents, construction progress, material being used, timeframe, they always got back to me the same day with the answers. Also they are both very knowledgeable. Chalsey was amazing in helping me with the upgrades and paintings and anything that could make my life easy in the house. I would totally recommend Chalsey and Rachel and of course Hopewell to my friends, relatives.

My husband and I had our first home built with Hopewell and we have had such a great experience! Rachel and Chalsey made the process easy from Day 1. We were able to select the designs, upgrades and little touches that it made it our home. We are so happy with how it all turned out! Hopewell was amazing to deal with and we would absolutely recommend them :)
