Bought our 3th house from Hopewell. All previous experience was amazing. Very fair company, good quality product, fast process and reasonable priced. At this time we bought Evora floor plan, Mahogany Zero lot front garage product. Happy with process! Sales team (Chalsey and Rachel) were amazing! Helped with all questions and resolved all problems during construction for us! We definitely will buy our next house from them again and again! Strongly recommend!

Love our new Hopewell home! The team helped us design and build a home that is perfect for our family, and suits our tastes. During the process we received photo updates of the progress and now that we have taken possession the service team has been attentive to help with any questions or concerns.

Do not build with this company, the sales staff is great but you will have a miserable experiance in every facet after the contract is signed!! they did not complete a bunch of the work prior to us moving in and now they are not wanting to do the repairs after the fact. Managment and Warrenty department are a joke
