    Basement Waterproofing

    Terry and the team from Direct Waterprooofing were very professional. They offered very competitive rates, were on-time, and took care of my home as if it was their own. Terry kept me up-to-date with their progress and came back to address an issue that we discovered in a different part of the property. Each time Terry came around he explained options that I had in a clear way letting me decide which was best without pushing in any direction. I highly recommend Direct Waterproofing!

    Leaking foundation wall

    We had an emergency situation arise where we needed foundation repair done asap. While researching who to call, we came across Direct Waterproofing and contacted them. The response was professional and prompt, Terry came out to see us the next day. The quote for the job was very reasonable, and Terry made us feel very comfortable by explaining exactly what was going to be done, and any potential issues and resolutions. We went ahead with the work, and it couldn't have gone any smoother. The work was performed within 5 days of contacting them, and the crew (John and Tomasz) were friendly, professional and extremely detail oriented, and the jobsite was kept clean. All debris was removed and disposed of. Direct Waterproofing helped us feel at ease throughout our dilemma. They were extremely accommodating, and responsive to our emergency. We are very pleased with the result and would definitely hire them again if need arises. Well recommended.

    Professional and truly care about their clients

    We hired Direct Waterproofing to resolve and issue with water in our basement. Terry was able to arrange a service call quickly and after being hired, the work was completed promptly. Very impressed with Terry's expertise, project management and customer service as he went above and beyond to make sure our project was completed to our satisfaction. The team arrived on-time, worked extremely hard, and did a great job. I would hire them again.

    Exterior waterproofing

    They had to reschedule one time but Terry and his team did a clean job before the raining season started. Even after reminding them that they had forgotten about sealing one gap, Terry himself made the time to come back the next day and fixed it without any fuss. We had a pleasant experience with this crew and company, highly recommended.

    Very rarely these days do you come across a company that not only cares about the work that they are commissioned for but are genuinely compassionate about their clients and treat them with sincere kindness. Terry and his team at Direct Waterproofing are one of those companies. Terry saved my basement from a ongoing problem with my outdoor weeping tile and finished up the project professionally and in a timely manner. Highly recommended to anyone who likes to experience great work alongside great kindness.

    Basement Waterproofing

    Terry came out to provide a quote for a partial basement waterproofing. His quote was fair and lower than another company that came. He answered all of my questions and we scheduled the job. He was easy to reach and quick to respond to questions. When the scope expanded due to our renovation plans, he worked with me to get it all done in the timeline I needed. They left everything clean and ready to go. The whole process was great and painless and Ive already recommended them to my neighbour and friends. I highly recommend this company!

    Crack repair and exterior waterproofing

    Had a crack repaired by Terry and his team. He was able to come out to the site to inspect the crack and provide his recommendation. We ultimately decided to do an exterior crack repair versus an interior injection. Very happy with the quality of the job and with the provision of photos. Price was competitive and service was excellent

    No more water!

    Terry was pleasant to deal with right from the get go. He showed up on the same day I called him to discuss basement waterproofing options. His crew showed up on time, cleaned up after themselves, and were great to deal with. I would definitely hire Direct Waterproofing again.

    Heartfelt thank you to Direct waterproofing

    we are new home buyers and encountered water leaking in basement. After talking to Terry, I was relieved because he not only gave me good price but also explained and helped in understanding and fixing all the water issues in the basement. Terry has been a wonderful help, we did not know and were panicking after seeing water in basement. Terry made sure to explain and help every step of the way. other people tried to take advantage of us by scaring us and asking for more money but Terry was very honest and professional, He was always available for any questions and also punctual with time. His crew was also very professional, they gave us best advice on preventing water and did the great job. They also called after finishing the work to make sure we are happy with the service. While working they came across some concrete that they had to deal with crew dealt with it and didn't say a word also they disposed the garbage as well at no extra cost I don't have enough words to explain my gratitude for Terry and team from Direct waterproofing. I highly recommend their service. PS: Make sure you ask for Terry if you ever call them.

    Exterior and Interior Waterproofing

    We initially hired Direct Waterproofing for exterior waterproofing based on Homestars reviews, but after seeing their work we also had them do additional interior waterproofing, as well as install a back water valve and sump pump. We worked with Terry and would highly recommend him and DW to our friends. He was extremely responsive right from the start and throughout the project, whether it was a call, a text or an email. Our project took about a week and he was constantly here checking on the progress and keeping us in the loop. The crew we had on site were great too. Its a messy job but they left the site spotless after they were done. And since it snowed while they were here, they shoveled the snow and helped us and our neighbours take our garbage bins to the curb on garbage day. Overall, it was a great experience and if we had another waterproofing project, we wouldnt hesitate to call them.
