    The waterproofing job was completed exactly as scheduled. The work was done in a very professional and timely manner . Personnel were always courteous. Site Clean up was very good.

    Waterproofing & Sump-pump Installation

    The DW crew were quick and thorough with my project, and ended up doing some good quality work in my basement. Terry (project supervisor) was very professional and helpful to deal with.

    Waterproof/ sewage drains

    I had an outstanding experience with Direct Waterproofing and I cant recommend them highly enough. From the beginning, the team was fantasticknowledgeable, professional, and incredibly friendly. They took the time to explain each step of the process (interior waterproofing) in a clear and reassuring way, which immediately put me at ease. The crew also maintained an exceptional level of cleanliness, leaving the work area spotless every day. A special shoutout goes to Terry, who truly sets the standard for professionalism. He not only guided the project with expertise but also took the time to show me exactly what was being done at each stage. When we discovered the need to replace the entire sewage drain and branches to the house, Terry carefully explained the pros and cons of addressing the issue. His transparency and willingness to adapt the scope of work ensured that I could make an informed decision. Terrys flexibility and timely adjustments made what could have been a daunting situation so much easier to manage.     Basement Waterproofing- Summer 2024 Flood

    After the rare torrential downpour of rain a lot of the GTA experienced in the months of August and September of 2024, I knew it was time to protect my basement. As anybody should do I reached out to multiple contractors to provide quotes and explanations of their work and Terry with DirectWaterproofing stood out most. Terry was very professional, knowledgeable, and transparent about the work that Direct Waterproofing does. Additionally, he was competitively priced over the other contractors as well. Ultimately, direct waterproofing was hired to complete my exterior waterproofing. The workers were considerate, clean, and respectful during their time at work. Terry and his crew at Waterproofing recieve an A++ in my books. I would highly recommend this company for your waterproofing needs.

    Exterior Waterproofing

    I hired Terry and his Team (Roman and Walter) to do an external waterproofing job. Terry was extremely knowledgeable, professional and honest. He was so patient with all my questions and assured me every step of the way. His team did an excellent job and we couldn't be happier with the high quality of work and they were punctual and followed through as promised. What an amazing experience, I've already referred them to my family and friends!

    Basement waterproofing

    Jack, Terry, Vladimir, Dima and Sergei were all fantastic. Jack provided a thorough and thoughtful assessment of the work that would be needed to get the job done. Terry provided sound advice on day one of the job to make sure his workers were safe and the job would be a success. Sergei and the rest of the crew worked with me to accommodate a Toronto Hydro request which complicated the project a bit. 87 feet of basement wall were waterproofed. Sergei was a magician with the excavator, getting into a space that I did not think was possible. Overall it was a very good experience and I would not hesitate recommending them to anyone. I can now sleep easily again.
