    Fixed basement leak

    Terry and the boys were amazing. They were on time and dug on one of the coldest days of the year. They identified my crack was bigger than once thought and sealed everything from the outside and inside. Something very unexpected but they wanted to ensure the job was done right. They started at 9am, finished at 3pm and were very clean and professional. I would 100% recommend Direct Waterproofing to anyone with a leaky foundation or basement crack.

    Basement waterproofing

    Outstanding work provided by Terry, Sergey, and Roman. Quote was fair, service was top notch. Timing of of basement waterproofing exactly as outlined I am very happy. This team is to be commended. It is clear that they work hard, and very well together demonstrating attention to detail with their work and top notch communication with me (client). The Job was done on time and on budget. Highly recommended. So glad to have chosen this company/team. Basement is bone dry. Exceeded my expectations.

    Waterproofing Foundation

    Called company for a quote. Terry was there next day, saw the Crack, instantly gave me a very reasonable quote. Crew came in week later,got the job done, area excavated was clean , as if nobody was there. Great job. Very honest company that doea great work and they guarantee it!!!

    Basement waterproofing

    Terry and his crew provided great service and great price to fix two cracks in our basement wall. Highly recommended.

    Exterior Waterproofing

    We did exterior waterproofing for our basement and we had amazing experience with Terry and his entire team. All the guys (Sergey, John and Roman) did fantastic job for the water leak repair work for our basement. They sealed all the three cracks we had from outside and also helped to seal one of the water crack from inside the wall of basement. They did awesome job in explaining the real issue for leaking and performing job in timely manner. I would highly recommend them for any waterproofing work for your house

    Professional, Friendly, Fast, Affordable

    Direct Waterproofing were fast to respond, they figured out our problem quickly and professionally, and gave us a detailed quote and scope of work. Their rates were very fair, and their team were always friendly and professional. They worked hard, and even fixed the fence I'd broken two days before. Highly recommended.

    Outdoor waterproofing and sump pump installation

    Terry and his crew were amazing from start to finish. Getting a quote was nice and easy and Terry explained everything they would do from the start. They waterproofed a sections of my basement wall from the outside in a few hours and installed a sump pump in my basement. They left the work area nice and tidy afterwards and the crew were very friendly the whole time and provided updates when asked.

    Sump pump installed

    Terry and his crew were great this is my second time using them and they did an amazing job and we're very accommodating. They are very friendly and tidy up well after their work. Would definitely use them again! Thanks

    Basement leak

    Job was done in one day. Terry was honest, upfront and provided a quote and plan and work commenced immediately. The work was good and things were put back together. Would recommend him and his crew to anyone with water issues.

    Waterproofing

    Terry and his team did a great job. Waterproofing entire foundation from outside, installing new weeping tile and sump pump. I would definately recommend using them if you have water problems. Worth the money to have these problems fixed.
