    Direct Waterproofing

    Direct Waterproofing addressed the water leakage issues at my place. Initially, Terry provided me with a detailed proposal and contract that listed everything involved in the work in writing. He was an honest and dependable professional with a license and insurance and provided 25 years warranty for his work. We found that Terry, along with his crews, is highly dedicated to his commitment to completing the work on time. I strongly recommend it if someone comes across waterproofing issues.

    Friendly crew, accommodating company

    Terry and his team were knowledgeable and professional and made us feel very confident in our choice to hire them. Terry is always reachable to answer questions and he also looked into some ancillary issues free of change. They take the time to explain things and overall, it was a great experience.

    Nice people and great job

    Job was done flawlessly and in a timely manner. Staff was friendly and professional. Terry was a very good communicator and supervised every detail. Staff members namely Dusan, Tomek and Martyn were very hard workers, professional and very respectful. I appreciate the good job you all did at my house.     Basement Waterproofing

    I had a my basement leaking with water flood damaging my foundation. Then I called Direct waterproofing company to help me. From the first visit With estimation to work completion was flawless. The most important is the quality of the work was done very well for my basement. It was a good price and berry good service too. I highly recommend Direct waterproofing service to everyone.

    Excellent service. Trustworthy staff.

    I was pleased with the great work that Terry and his team did. They were very efficient and diligent with their timelines. Even whilst working and digging, they respected the surroundings and maintained a clean environment. They also took my feedback and concerns into consideration and made changes to ensure that I was very satisfied with the work. Terry regularly sent me photos of the work in progress as I was not always able to visit the site daily. Its also great that they did not request any deposit upfront and yet worked so diligently. It allowed me to trust them. I would highly recommend.

    Basement leak repair

    Direct Water Proofing exceeded my expectations. When I first read the reviews I was skeptical of all the 10/10s they got, but after having them do the work, I was totally won over. They were fast, affordable and the work was great. Tary was a pleasure to work with, I would definitely recommend him!

    Partial basement waterproofing

    We were impressed by Terry´s professionalism and knowledge. The team did an excellent job with our interior waterproofing and foundation work. They also installed a sump pump all for an affordable price. Theres a huge improvement in the air quality of our basement. Thanks for your excellent and responsive service. Would certainly recommend!

    Professional, knowledgable, and friendly

    From the moment we contacted them about waterproofing and installing a sump pump in our basement, Terry (and the crew) were responsive, professional, knowledgable, and friendly. I never had any issue reaching Terry if I had a question, and the job got done professionally, within the promised time-frame. I would definitely recommend Direct Waterproofing.
