    Foundation waterproofing

    Terry and his crew were amazing to work with - professional, knowledgeable, experienced. Really appreciate their quick response to my initial request and that they scheduled the work earlier than anticipated. And given the type of work, shockingly everything was neat and clean during and after the work! Thank you so much for making this easy and worry free for me! Asking all my friends if they need any work done.

    Basement waterproofing

    It was a great experience dealing with Direct Waterproofing. Terry was great to deal with from the start and gave us a competitive quote. He was even able to squeeze our job in under short notice given the urgency of our situation. The crew Tono, Martin and Dushan who did the job were also awesome and cleaned up.

    Window well replacement/reinstallation

    Terry and his team did a great job replacing and reinstalling a window well for us. I cant recommend them more. Great work guys !

    Waterproofing of foundation (exterior)

    A huge thank you to Terry and his team at Direct Waterproofing for getting our exterior waterproofing job done quickly and efficiently. From start to finish, Terry has been absolutely amazing, professional and understanding,. We had a slow leak in our basement through the foundation, as the old weeping tile was completely blocked. Terry's team, quickly identified the issues, sealed and waterproofed the foundation, replaced the old weepers and installed a sump pump. The team was friendly, considerate and did a great job in tidying up. Without hesitation, we highly recommend Direct Waterproofing!

    Exterior Crack Repairs and Replacement of Basement Drain Pipes

    Direct waterproofing did a fantastic job with repairing the cracks on our basement walls. They also replaced the old clay drain pipes in our basement, plus installed a new sanitary line back water valve. Terry and his crew (John, Serge ..) were very efficient, knowledgeable and completed the job as scheduled. They left my place clean after their job was completed. Terry was the only one who showed up in my place, out of the 3 companies I reached out to, to assess my concerns. He explained very well on what's needed to be done, the time it will take to finish the work and gave me a very reasonable quote. I will definitely work with Terry's team on my future projects. Highly recommended. I am a very satisfied client. Thank you!

    Stellar Customer Service

    I was losing sleep each time the weather forecast called for heavy rain as water seeped into a corner of my basement. A call to Terry at Direct Waterproofing Inc. permanently resolved the issue. He inspected the premises and discussed with me how to best fix the problem at a reasonable price. He patiently explained the process and each step involved. Terrys crew showed up on time, working efficiently and diligently, never exceeding the quoted cost. Besides knowing his trade from the inside out, Terry is a true gentleman. He is reliable, affable and trustworthy. I urge anyone who needs waterproofing services to contact Direct Waterproofing Inc. I cant recommend them highly enough. P.S. I will be sleeping soundly during the fall season with its usual abundance of rain!

    Indoor Basement Waterproofing

    Terry and his team were wonderful to work with. They were in my house for 4 days waterproofing my basement. We always intended to get 3 quotes, however after going over the project with Terry, listening to what he was saying, the questions he asked and how quickly he understood what was happening, I was completely impressed and hired him for the job. Our house is older with 2 newer additions so it is not just one thing happening down there! His crew is polite, friendly and professional. This is hard work! Yet they made sure to clean up every night before they left. Had we known how easy this would be to solve, we would have done it 3 years ago instead of not using our basement after we had to gut it. Without any hesitation at all, I would recommend Terry and his crew for your project.

    Fast response, friendly, professional and helpful

    These guys are fantastic. We were in a rush to get the job done and they were quick at coming to check it out, provide an estimate and schedule a date to get it done asap. We had water coming in and they did all the waterproofing outside and even put back the interlock as we asked for. They were very helpful and took the time to explain all details. They were all very friendly too. I highly recommend the team and would hire them again but hopefully I dont need to haha

    Great work and customer service

    We hired Direct Waterproofing to help us with our leaky basement - every time it rained, water was getting into our laundry room from outside. Terry was great to work with and was the reason we chose to go with Direct Waterproofing over other providers. He was very kind, surveyed the project, gave us his recommendation, and provided a reasonable quote. Once we decided to move forward, the work was complete in less than two days and Igor and team did a great job, doing great quality work and leaving no mess behind. Terry went above and beyond to ensure the quality of the work and made sure we understood the issues that they found and everything that was done to correct them. We also love the warranty that was provided and would definitely recommend Terry and Direct Waterproofing to anyone needing their services.

    Basement Waterproofing

    Couldnt recommend Terry and his crew more. Carried out the project with the utmost professionalism and courtesy, while going above and beyond. Terry came back to make a few adjustments (that were outside of the original scope) on a Saturday evening. Fantastic customer service - thanks Terry and team!
