    Waterproof basement

    Direct Waterproofing is a professional, reliable and affordable company. Terry came out of his way to look at my issues and assured me that Direct Waterproofing will repair the problem. Terry was right, they sent their crew on time and completed the work in 1 day. They are very clean and courteous and explain the work that needs to be done and why. Igor and the other worker (don't remember his name. LOL) are very pleasant to deal with. They went above and beyond. I would highly recommend Direct Waterproofing for any water issues. Very Happy - Anthony

    Exterior Waterproofing

    From the moment I spoke to Terry after running into some issues with another company he made me extreamly comfortable and reassured me that he would have everything takin care of. He told the truth, he was professional, honest, trustworthy, understanding and punctual! There company is definitely the best out there the original company i called was cheaper but the headache I received from them I would have paid double. He told me when they would start and end and they met that. The workers Sergey and John and work horses. They had lots of hand digging to he done and with this hot weather we know it can be brutal, they did not stop. They put down tarps to protect the neighbours driveway and grass from the dirt. They had to remove a fence to have access and put the fence back in better condition. As a nice jesture because they were hard workers and solid people I gave them coffee, water and pizza. That's how you treat great people. It was a pleasure having them work at my house. I will definitely hire them again if I ever need for my clients. Terry, Sergey and John. Thank you very much for everything!

    Replacement drainage pipes

    I would like to the the opportunity to thank Terry and his team for the amazing work they did at our home. Terry is suc h a kind, personable and professional individual. His team ; Toni, Sergey and Igor are phenomenal. They are hardworking, respectful and so good at what they do. Terry took the time to explain the scope of the work. He has a wonderful attitude. Keeps his word. Knows his job so well and provides excellent customer service. Most of all, they completed the work on time and as agreed. Thank yo.     Sump Pump Drain Pipe

    In June 2021, Terry from Direct Waterproofing completed my external waterproofing job for the whole house. I am so impressed with his work. Recently I completed my concrete project in the backyard and Terry voluntarily helped me to redirect the sump pump drain pipe underneath the concrete in my backyard for free. He has been such a nice person to work with and is very knowledgeable in his field. I would recommend Terry to anyone who's looking for a contractor to do the waterproofing or related project.

    Exterior Foundation Water Proofing

    Terry and his crew were fantastic in all aspects. The team went above and beyond to take a look at our situation and offer options to solve issues with foundation leaks in our basement. Terry was friendly and was excellent at explaining expectations and providing updates as the work progressed, and the crew was extremely professional, friendly, and hard-working. Of the many services and contractors we've hired over the years, this team has been among the best!

    Basement Waterproofing

    Terry at Direct Waterproofing is a pleasure to deal with. His team waterproofed the foundation of my home, installed a sump pump, and a backwater flow valve. They were very polite, professional, and do good work. I've since hired them for other jobs, and highly recommend them.

    Foundation repair and sump pump installation

    We had a serious water issue in our basement. Phoned Direct Waterproofing and had the pleasure of speaking with Terry. He took the time to answer my questions. During the initial home visit, Terry was on time and thorough with the inspection. He was very knowledgeable and explained what needed to be done. We live in Ancaster. The price was very reasonable. We needed to repair 7 foundation cracks and replace an old sump pump. The 2 workers that did the job were excellent. On time, very polite and hard working. The job was completed on time and the areas where they dug up were backfilled properly. The crew left the area clean. Terry did a follow up visit to ensure we were satisfied. I would definitely use this company again if required and recommend them.
