    Basement Interior Waterproofing

    We had a leaky basement whenever there was heavy rain or snow thaw and contacted Direct Waterproofing based on Internet/ HomeStars reviews. Terry was punctual and detailed when providing us with immediate onsite quotes for various options. Quotes were very clear and competitive. We decided to do an interior waterproofing with sump pump along with a sanitary line back water valve. His crew arrived 1 week later and completed the waterproofing in 3 days between the hours of 9am 4pm. The back water valve was not an upsell, we decided to do that for peace of mind as we are planning to finish our basement. The back water valve does require a city permit and inspection upon completion which Terry took care of directly before finishing the job himself. Not including the 1 week wait time for the city inspector to come, the job was completed in 3.5 days (3 days for waterproofing, 0.5 days to complete the back water valve). The job site was clean and no garbage or material was left behind. A 25-year transferrable warranty along with sump pump and back water valve city rebate forms were also provided upon completion. Terry and his crew were timely, professional, and very courteous. He responded quickly to our many questions and it never felt pushy.     Basement internal waterproofing

    Terry was referred by a close friend of mine with glowing reviews, so I already knew I would be in good hands. Him and his team definitely did not disappoint and went above and beyond their call of duty to get the job done right. They even broke our broken gate door without prompting! Terry came and immediately identified the problem. He was excellent at responding promptly. I had spoken to many different contractors and he was also the most reasonably and fairly priced. They showed up and finished the job on time like they said they would. They are overall very efficient, reliable, thorough, and I could not recommend them highly enough!

    Foundation waterproofing

    This company is very professional and efficient. I had two cracks in the foundation at the side if my house, they were able to fix it within 1 weekend. Very satisfied would recommend. Terry was very excellent to work with, he was very punctual and explain the whole repair process in detail.

    Exterior Waterproofing

    Terry and his team did a complete exterior waterproofing around my home and were so far very satisfied with the work. Theyre fast, professional, and did a very good job cleaning up afterward. Terry was also a pleasure to deal with throughout the process and I would recommend him and his team to anyone seeking waterproofing work.

    Excellent Service! Weeping Tile Repair

    Terry was excellent to work with from beginning to end! I was pleasantly surprised that the project took only a day. He is well knowledged and explained the issue and the overall repairs involved. His team arrived on time and left my home ensuring cleanliness! Very impressed.     Leaky basement repaired on time and on budget!

    The first thaw of the season in a new house left our basement full of water. Terry arrived to quote the next day, and they arrived on site to do the work in a timely fashion. Would recommend them for your foundation repair and waterproofing needs.

    Great Experience

    We recently purchased a new home in Toronto and during heavy snow melt quickly realized our foundation had an unexpected leak. We did numerous google searches and called a number of waterproofing companies. Terry was the first to respond and promptly show up for an appointment. He was very professional and his explanations were both logical and in-line with expectation from research online and discussions with friends/family.     Basement Interior Waterproofing

    As context, we noticed mold on our basement carpet a few weeks ago and quickly realized we had a leak in one of our exterior-facing walls. We have young children so we needed to get this fixed as soon as possible. After we used a specialist to remove the mold from our basement, we then needed to identify a specialist to waterproof the interior wall of our basement. Simply put, we made the right choice to work with Terry and his team (Paco, Dushan) as our overall experience was excellent, starting with Terry's initial visit to give us an estimate, to scheduling and completing the job in less than one day, to facilitating a government rebate for a portion of the work. While we did compare Terry's estimate to three other estimates, we decided to go with Terry because he provided an estimate on the same day, his price was competitive, he was available to quickly complete the job, the quality of his previous work (and ours) was excellent and he provided a written 25-year warranty that is transferrable should we decide to sell our house.     Basement waterproofing

    There was some water leaking into our basement from the backyard as the snow thawed. Terry was fast to respond when I contacted. He came by and walked me through options and gave me quotes on the spot. The pricing was better than other quotes I received and the work was completed professionally over a weekend. They left the place clean after the work was finished. Overall very happy we found Terry and Direct Waterproofers and would highly recommend them
