I contacted Direct Waterproofing to inquire about backwater valve installation and city rebate. Starting from my initial call with the master plumber Terry to the final installation, the entire experience was first-class. I did my due diligence and contacted a few highly reputable companies, but Terry’s exceptional professionalism, knowledge of the trade, and unmatched customer service over two phone calls are why I decided to work with this company and I am so glad I did. They used high quality equipment, worked clean and finished the job with impeccable craftsmanship. The job started with an initial camera inspection to find the main sewer line - Terry provided helpful information about the quality of our line during this process. He then submitted all paperwork for the city permit and kept me informed ever step of the way. Once the permit was issued, they scheduled the job within a few days and finished the installation within 3 hours. We then waited for the city inspection to be completed and the site was neatly backfilled and covered - all carefully coordinated and completed by Terry and team. Before leaving Terry handed us the paperwork to submit to city for rebate. Everything was so seamless and wonderful, I would not blink once before calling them again or recommending them to someone.
