    Work Quality & Service

    Work was done quickly and on time. The service was excellent. I couldn’t ask for better. The company is highly recommended. In the future, if I ever need a similar service again, I would go back to them.

    Basement Leak Fix

    Job well done by team Terry. Terry found the problem of water seeping and his team dig up 7 ft in the ground , repaired the crack, installed new window well and other stuff required to prevent the leak. He also promised me to fix concrete work. I am satisfied with their workmanship.

    Basement Leak Fix

    We had some pooling of water in the corner of our house. We looked and investigated for a couple months on our own and the only thing we found out was when there was a lot of water, a small pool would always form on one wall/corner. We decided to call a water proofing company and had a great chat and meeting with Terry. He immediately determined it to be a bad addition to our home where the water was seeping through the cinder blocks used by the previous owner/builder. He outlined a plan and squeezed us in. Assuring us that our issue was fairly tame in comparison to what he sees in the city. On the day he was able to rip out a bit of dry wall and add a membrane and attached the run off to the drain with a weeping tile. So far we have not seen any leak over the rain or heavy snow melting. Everything has been great.

    Foundation Crack Repair

    Diagnostics of the issue was done quickly and precisely. The team did a great job of digging 6ft in a narrow space (since mine is townhouse) to repair the crack to the foundation that is causing the leaking in my basement. Fast, efficient and good quality work. Terry was very friendly and even added additional cement coverage from the interior. I am very satisfied with the work!

    Interior Basement Waterproofing - Old Stone Walls

    I'm happy Terry and his crew waterproofed my basement (interior weeping tile around perimeter). The basement is old and awkward (low ceiling, uneven floors, stone walls, some benching), but they didn't make it complicated for me. Pricing and availability was competitive, and expectations were met for start date and completion. ..A straight forward process from the beginning. We need more people like Terry because he is friendly and makes things straight forward.

    Amazing service, communication, and quality of work

    Terry is a pleasure to work with. Not only is his knowledge RE: waterproofing second to none, he is a pleasure to deal with as a person, always very responsive, and has very strong attention to detail. When there was a leak in my basement, I called Terry and he was there that same day during a big rain storm and had the leak fixed ASAP. I cannot recommend Terry enough. The best!

    Waterproofing basement - cracked foundation

    Terry and his crew did a great job with digging up and waterproofing foundation wall. They were professional and got the job done properly. He was accommodating in terms of doing the job a day earlier than planned due to the weather. Recommended!

    Concrete repair and backwater valve installation

    We recently moved to an older house and discovered water damage beneath our basement stairs. Terry and his crew assessed the problem and repaired the area, adding some internal waterproofing. We also took the opportunity to install a backwater valve. The team was professional and Terry was very friendly and helpful explaining all of the work. He also completed the necessary paperwork so that we got the full rebate from the city ($1250). The next week, Terry offered free use of his camera to help identify an unrelated blockage in our house's drainage system. I highly recommend Terry and the team at Direct Waterproofing.
