    Home Inspection

    Very professional and detail oriented. Inspector arrived before time and started with the roof. Gave a detailed explanation of work done. Report followed by email promptly. Very satisfied and money spent was well worth it. Total peace of mind while buying the property.

    New home

    I was very satisfied with the inspection done at the home. He found a lot of things that a new home should not have. For a new home it should have had all those little things fixed already.

    Home inspection

    Chris went around and made sure everything in the house was up to standard and if not recommended what to do for a fix.

    New home

    Overall inspection for a new duplex The report showed a very thorough inspection, all issues Were addressed.

    Home purchase inspection

    Chris and his crew are always professional, knowledgeable and eager and able to answer all questions. Have worked with them in the past and will do so again. I highly recommend this team.

    Home inspection

    We had Carl do our home inspection and he was great! Very informative and went threw everything. He even picked up on things I would have never thought ! I would use them over and over again

    Home purchase inspection

    Inspector arrived early and started the exterior portion. He was very friendly and easy to talk to. He was very knowledgeable and thorough in the inspection and was quick to point out issues we needed to know about. Without his experience we would have been walking blindly into a potential repair nightmare in the future.

    Home inspection
