Carl Gibbons did a great job with our home inspection! He was professional, knowledgeable and his friendly demeanor made it easy to ask questions. He made a point of sharing and explaining what he was doing along the way and was very thorough as he went throughout the house. We definitely felt in good hands with Carl inspecting our new home. Odds on Home Inspection was recommended to us and we would absolutely recommend it to our friends and family moving forward. Thank you!

I do not think I was able to choose a 5 rating for questions above. As I was very satisfied both questions should reflect a five rating!. Chris Odds was very thorough and was great at suggesting how to deal with the few menial issues that are existing, and what I may expect in the future due to the age of certain things ( ie furnace) . He was able to explain procedures; how things work; the areas requiring attention and fix the problems.... to three women that are not accustomed to home repair ( such as wiring, ventilation and insulation). He was also great at returning my call(s) when I required additional information for insurance purposes. I sent his report to the insurer who also commented on how very well it was done!!

Full home inspection and thermal scan. Carl was very thorough in explaining his findings. I am very happy with service provided.
