Paul-our inspector did his best inspite of the vast amount of tenant possessions inside and outside of the house. He gave us a detailed report of what he saw needed attention. We are happy with the service he delivered.

He was very thorough in his work and made sure to explain everything well to me as I am a first time home buyer and didn’t know what to expect.

I bought two condos in the same week with short closing dates. Carl quickly arranged to inspect both the same day to give me a better rate. Friendly, efficient and knowledgeable, Carl explained everything to me in layman's terms and made sure I understood everything I would need to know about these properties and felt confident in my purchases. If I buy another property I will ask Carl or Odds On to do the inspection.

Dan was already inspecting the roof ahead of schedule before I showed up. He then walked through the rest of the house with his checklist and a thermal gun. He told me about the major things to keep in mind and even guided me through proper maintenance of the equipment in the furnace room. Dan was very thorough and took many pictures. I was sent a detailed report at the end of the day with those pictures and comments. I learnt a lot being with during this inspection and made me more confident of the purchase of my house. I highly recommend his service.
