Inspected the condo unit I was purchasing, was very thorough and reasonably priced. Would definitely recommend.

The home inspection was thoroughly and diligently done from top to bottom. The inspector Paul patiently explained all our questions and addressed whatever concerns we raised regarding various aspects of the house. After the inspection, Paul gave a run down on the issues he noted, and also provided us with a detailed report on the state of each and every nook of the house. Something I liked the most were the set of recommendations for maintaining different parts of the house in the future. This would come handy in the long run! Thanks Paul for all your services!

The home inspection conducted was comprehensive and Dan was extremely knowledgable and helpful. The report provided also had some home maintenance tips which will take some of the guesswork out of home maintenance.

Chris (the owner) came and did our inspection, he was incredibly thorough and the report was easy to read. Chris also gave us instructions on how to repair the little things we could do ourselves, he was incredibly helpful and kind. 10/10 would recommend to anyone.
