Dan was excellent and very very thorough at our home inspection. He didn't rush and took the time to explain everything in detail. He provided us with an exhaustive report, was very friendly and said we can come back with questions down the road if we want to. He was punctual and tborough. Freely shaed knowledge throughout the inspection. The report was clear and comprehensive. The inspection only relates to visible components, so they are always limited, but this inspector provided infra red imaging which was a great feature.
