Excellent home inspection with Carl. He answered all of my questions. Extremely observant he was able to point out deficiencies that I simply would never have seen. The repot supplied is the best and most detailed home inspection report I have ever seen complete with a library of excellent photographs with markers to show the issues.

It was very thorough and allowed us to catch a small leak an have the current owners take care of before we take possession of it.

As a first time home buyer I was quite nervous about the process of going through a home inspection especially given the number of home improvement shows where an improper inspection seems to be the cause of the homeowners issues.
