Chris came out on his day off to do this for us and did an incredibly thorough job. I had the chance to walk around with him towards the end of his inspection and he was very friendly and even helped me locate some ductwork in the walls that we plan to take out during a reno. He walked me through all of the areas of concern at the end and then submitted his detailed report within a couple hours of leaving. I would highly recommend Chris for any home inspection services in the future.

If Dan completes your next home inspection, you will never use another home inspector. Dan arrived ahead of schedule and had completed the exterior portion of the inspection by the time I had arrived home. Dan was friendly, dressed professionally and came prepared. While he wasted no time getting to work, he remained informative and shared a wealth of information. As a young home owner, I really appreciated that Dan was willing to share his knowledge not only about things he noticed in my current home, but what to look for in my next one. Throughout the entire inspection Dan had his tools out tightening door hinges and making small corrections where ever possible. Dan has an incredible attention to detail, he was able to point out things that I hadn’t noticed after living in the home for several years. While performing a pressure test on my garage door a cable came loose. I offered to have a garage door repair company come and fix the door, it was not his fault the door was not in better working order. Dan insisted on helping, quickly grabbing the right tools for the job and leaving the door in better working order. We had a full report that included everything Dan reviewed with us and more by the end of the day. It was well organized and included photos, something that we did not receive from other inspectors in the past. When my wife and I purchase our next home there is no one else I would trust to inspect the house other than Dan.
