The company and the service technician was very professional and customer service focused. From the time I contacted them about the issue at hand, they were very responsive and supportive. The technician treated the place very throughly and followed up continuously after the service date also to provide constant monitoring of the improvement in the sighting of the bugs. The issue has been resolved to date. Thank you for your professional and courteous service.

I live in Tulsa in the U.S. and needed a company I could trust to do some work in Toronto. After doing some research, we decided on Swift-X. We were provided with all the information needed to prepare for the visit as well as what we would need to do for follow up. A technician named Mike came out to do the work and spent a considerable amount of time doing the treatment as well as answering the many questions that Juliet asked. He was very courteous and professional. After researching other companies and getting other quotes, I found the cost to be very reasonable. The three month warranty is very comforting to me, since I'm not on site to deal directly with any problems that might come up.

Swift-X Pest is wonderful! Somehow our house had accumulated quite a bit of bed bugs in all three of our bedrooms, so we called two exterminators in to get them out. The first exterminator charged a bit less than Swift-X Pest but we got very poor results. We called the first exterminator in twice, and they just couldn't get the bed bugs out. Then we called Swift-X Pest and after just one treatment the bed bugs were all gone! However, about 3+ months later, after our expiration date had passed, we started seeing a couple more bed bugs. We assumed it was some hidden eggs that began to hatch which is sometimes the case, but nonetheless, we called Swift-X Pest back and they gladly came back to do another treatment, even though the expiration date had passed! Since then we haven't had anymore problems. Swift-X Pest uses some of the best quality ingredients in their formula- (you can't even smell the poison after it's been sprayed, yet it's strong enough to kill any insect that walks over it for up to two months). As well, they delivered top-of-line customer service. They were very professional, honest, dedicated, extremely knowledgeable in their trade and gave us many best practice tips to help our situation. I was very pleased with their work and their customer service and integrity. I would definitely recommend Swift-X Pest for all their services!

Mike, the owner, responded immediately. He came to my mothers home and dealt with the problem thoroughly! Someone had brought it into my mothers home. Mikes work with non toxic products was fantastic. He was extremely knowledgable and very calming. He did the job in a thorough professional manner. I highly recommend him.

It was very throrough and very professional. The problem we had was very minimal but we took proper precautions to be safe. He did a very good job securing all possible areas. Weeks following the activity was to a bare minimum and there hasn't been any activity seen in the past month following. Highly recommend this commany for their professionalism and knowledge regarding the situation and the steps necessary for eliminating it. Very pleased with the service!

I had Swift-X come to our house about a month ago to treat for bed bugs. My wife and I couldn't see any, however our kids were getting bites in their rooms. When the exterminator arrived, I was impressed as the owner was very thorough and knowledgeable as he inspected everywhere and he found where they were hiding. After the treatment, we got back home a few hours later and was relieved that there was no odor and all furniture was how we left it. Within the next week my wife and I found almost a dozen dead bed bugs show up in different parts of the house. The owner gave us a call 2 weeks later to see how things were going. They claim to be serious about their guarantee and seemed to want to make sure the problem was taken care of early in the process. Very happy with the customer service level. No more bites or bed bugs seen in the past few weeks!
