I originally contracted Mike to take care of a mouse infestation in my house currently occupied by tenants in the Fall of 2023. The mice were kept in check over the duration of the warranty period and beyond and a potential entry point was sealed. However this summer the mice issue returned with a vengeance. I engaged Mike again to determine how best to control the situation. He extended the warranty period from 4-9 months and did a thorough inspection identifying more likely entry points to be addressed. Mike is extremely knowledgeable, customer-oriented/responsive and will go the extra mile to help resolve your pest issue.

This morning I saw a mouse in the kitchen and I immediately knew what I needed to do call Mike! Thankfully, he was able to fit me in between appointments, which I very much appreciated. This is the second time Ive used Mikes services to help with a rodent issue and both times he was professional and thorough. I had been seeing rats near my backyard and called SwiftX. Mike is very knowledgeable and clearly explains how the rodents are motivated at this time of the year as well as what the expected effect of the baits (that he laid out) is. Within a week or so we stopped seeing rats entirely. I highly recommend SwiftX for their thoroughness and effectiveness.

We recently had the pleasure of having Swift X Pest Control to our house to treat our first case of bed bugs. We found Swift X by a simple search online, and decided to move forward with them after getting quotes from a few different companies. Michael's quote was not only reasonable but, just as important, he was compassionate and knowledgeable. He took the time to thoroughly explain what we needed to do to prep for his visit and was patient with our questions. For the day of the treatment, he arrived on time, and was professional and did the treatment efficiently. Again, he was patient with our questions and concerns and provided valuable advice and information. When he left he provided after care instructions and his guarantee. What impressed us the most about Swift X and Michael specifically, is that despite that our guarantee period had passed slightly, when we called him due to a bug sighting, he did not hesitate to help us out. He truly went above and beyond to help, when he did not have to. Despite the expired warranty and the short notice, he came back to do another treatment right away!
