    Effective Ant Treatment

    I'm very pleased with Mike's work and professionalism. He was flexible when some areas of my building could not be accessed for treatment. His method has been effective in the areas he could access, and he upheld his guarantee to return and treat further areas as needed. Mike sprayed extra areas and left extra bait stations as well, explained his processes clearly and left helpful information sheets. I can confidently recommend Swift-X and will continue to contact them for any further pest problems.

    Moving into new house

    We have moved into an older house backing onto conservation land and as a precaution we wanted a new home package spray . Mike sprayed for a variety of bugs and their nests on the exterior and interior of our property. Mike was thorough in his spraying and was very professional. I asked him to do some areas not normally covered and he was very willing to action my requests for no extra charges. He offered me his personal cell to call him if anything came up in the coming weeks and he guaranteed his work for 6 months. We are very happy !

    cockroach infestation

    We had a nasty roach infestation after we rented our basement. It wasn't until we saw some roaches climbing the stairs that we realized how bad it was. We call Swift-X; they were so understanding and explained everything they were doing. They did a combination of spraying along the baseboards and dust on all the cabinets, which covered two kitchens and all three floors of our home. I would recommend Swift-X to anyone looking for pest control.

    Cockroach Extermination

    My partner and I recently moved to a new rental in East York. Unfortunately, my partner relocated from his previous residence as it had a cockroach infestation in the condo building. We took many precautions and were disappointed to find a few cockroaches in our new kitchen yesterday. I am from out of province and therefore not familiar with the cockroach issues that exist in Toronto. Needless to say, seeing a cockroach was quite anxiety inducing for me. I had phoned a couple of other places but were given very high quotes with little information about the process and long wait times. Mike picked up right away and totally calmed my nerves. He was kind, super patient with my millions of questions and showed up within two hours. I am grateful to Mike for helping us with this. I recommend them 100000000%.

    Consummate Professional

    Although under stressful circumstances I was exceptionally pleased with the services and level of professional of Swift-X Pest Control. From the initial communication after my submission to the date of services Mike was amazing. He was exceptionally knowledgeable and offered great preventative tips and conducted a thorough assessment of our situation then completed the most comprehensive application within our unit. Based on our experience I would highly recommend Swift-X Pest Control; truly customer centric, knowledgeable, professional and friendly!

    Rodents

    We discovered a rodent problem in our garage and Mike came out to remedy the situation within 24 hours. Fast, professional, and informative service that exceeded expectations. I wouldn’t hesitate to contact Swift X again and would highly recommend them!

    Cockroach extermination

    Excellent service with empathy. We tried two treatments with a different company and still had the problem. Mike gave us several good options and was able to take the stress out of dealing with a pest problem. Great attention to detail, prompt and thorough. Would definitely recommend!

    Rats!

    We had what we thought was a mouse problem in our basement storage room when we discovered a dead rat, and saw a live one, and we knew it was much worse than a few mice!! And it looked like they had been there for months, living and nesting in several boxes of papers! We freaked out and called the first number that came up, which was Mike's, and we are very happy it was. Mike came personally, in an unmarked vehicle!, and laid bait in the room as well as outside in the garden. He explained everything thoroughly and reassured us that it would be resolved. And he was right...no more rats!! We texted him several times with updates and questions and he was always very responsive and helpful. We were very very happy with Mike's service and results, and would highly recommend him.

    Rats Removed

    Mike arrived promptly. He examined the backyard property for possible nesting spots and entry points. He expertly explained the process for setting up bait stations and how to avoid attracting rodents in the future. After speaking with the neighbours, they too enlisted his services. We are pleased to report the situation seems under control. Thanks Mike.

    Rat Reduction

    We found a rat in our downstairs toilet and I called Swift X and they were friendly, came the next day, we paid the amount we were quoted, very professional and so far...no more rats!!!
