    earwig infestation

    Mike was a pleasure to deal with. I needed the service to be done on Saturday and he came without hesitation. Shows up right on time, calls ahead, and did a thorough job. Did not rush the job and gave me a clear understanding on what to expect. I would recommend this company for sure!! (Thanks Mike, Terry)

    Pest contril

    Very satisfactory. Came back for touch up also. No complaints. All the advice he gave us wwas very helpful. Has all the knowledge you need

    Pests

    Mike from Swift-X was very insightful and courteous throughout the whole process. Even prior to agreeing any work to be done, he spent an hour discussing pros and cons of various options and took the time to educate us. I would highly recommend Mike and Swift-X and noted that there were absolutely no issues after the first visit.

    Highly Recommended

    Mike helped us to get rid of bedbugs when other companies doubted we have them. My daughter and I were bitten but there was no other evidence we have them. Mike was not afraid to provide written guarantee. He responded quickly each time we contacted him. He was really patient and supportive. Now finally we are bedbug free.

    Bed Bug Treatment

    If you have the misfortune of having to deal with bed bugs then I would highly recommend Swift-X. I was working with another company for awhile trying to get rid of the bed bugs that had made their home in the condo with no success at all. We decided to try a new company and reached out to Swift-X. Mike came to the condo and within a few minutes I knew we had made the right choice. He took some time to understand the situation and then explained in detail what he was going to do. His knowledge and confidence were very reassuring. Mike spent almost two hours examining and treating all the areas of the condo. It's been almost a month now and there haven't been any sightings which has been a huge relief. Mike followed up to see how things were and I know that if I need anything more he'll be there to help.

    Professional Bedbug Treatment

    I called Swift-X for my pest problem due to the thoroughness of the information on their website. Mike was able to come the following day to treat the affected room. He was courteous and reassuring. The treatment was done quickly and professionally. I was given sufficient information during the process and afterwards to allay any anxiety regarding the course of the extermination . I was especially impressed with the followup the company provided. I would recommend their services to anyone with a similar problem.

    Highly Recommended

    Mike was incredibly helpful and thorough. My partner and I were out of town when we discovered from our house-sitter that there was evidence of bedbugs back at home. Mike was easy to talk to over the phone and reassuring that the problem could be easily solved, while at the same time being completely safe for our pet. We were able to book for him to come treat our house the day we arrived back in town. He was very thorough as we walked through the house together discussing the issue, telling me what to look for, what to expect, etc. He completed the uninvasive treatment within a couple of hours and made sure I was clear about what he had done, and what we should do and keep an eye out for the next few of week. Since then, Mike has gotten in touch a few times to check in and ensure that we are happy with the results. We would recommend Mike and his company to anyone we know!

    Bug Extermination - VERY SATISFIED!!!!!

    I was searching online for a bug exterminator and came across Swift-X during my search. I called the number and spoke with the company owner about my issue. Mike was very professional and informative. I made an appointment and 3 days later he was at my apartment. He was on time for the appointment, and I was very impressed when he removed his shoes at the door (in my experience, not many people do that without being probed). During the appointment Mike explained what he was doing and why he did it, which made me feels ease. he was pleasant and patient. Even after my appointment he kept in touch for weekly updates. I am overly satisfied with my experience with Swift-X and I will highly recommend them.

    Bed bug exterminator

    I picked swift x because their phone courtesy was much better than every other bed bug exterminator people I've called. Mike listened to my concerns and we scheduled an appointment right away. He really knows his stuff and is very precise with treating my condo unit. I had one initial treatment and then another updated one. Really great service, and I highly recommend swift x!

    Bed Bugs: Problem Solved

    We saw that one of our kids was getting bites and finally discovered there were bed bugs in one of the rooms. After doing some research online, we decided to go with swift-x based on their fair price offered compared to others, and knowledge and friendliness. The owner was great and we appreciated some helpful tips for trying to avoid getting re-infested in the future. We are now bed bug free and I will refer them to anyone I know with an issue.
