    Condo Resfresh

    We had Spencer and his team paint the interior and exterior of our house last summer and we were very happy with the service. Our daughter needed a condo paint refresh and I called Spencer. As always he was prompt replying to emails, answering question and was able to start right away. It was great to see a familiar face when Karly came to do the painting. She had previously done my kitchen that I was very happy with. Would I hire them again? Yes. Do I recommend them yes.

    Excellent experience with Elite Trade

    Spencer and his team are fast and effective. We have used them twice and the process has been painless. The initial quote is quick and easy, the team does great work, and we've always been left satisfied with how the job turned out!

    Great Work!

    We've hired Spencer and his team for a few jobs over the last three years. I'm always impressed with the work. Spencer personally inspects everything before his team finishes up, and fixes anything that needs fixing. He genuinely wants to ensure that customers are happy. I highly recommend Elite Trade Painting.

    Exterior House Painting

    Spencer, and his team were excellent. The attention to detail and workmanship was fantastic. I would definitely recommend them to everyone, if you want any painting done regardless the size of the project.

    Exterior House and Garage painting (Stucco)

    Had both our garage and house exterior stucco painted. We were very happy with the job done by Elite crew. Very professional and completed as promised with no issues. Would definitely recommend to anyone requiring an exterior paint project as they did a great job.

    Complete condo unit interior painting

    Elite was above and beyond as they delivered fast response and completion of quality care and workmanship. Especially Spencer who performed all the organization and planning of the project, assisting with color selection and co-ordination of other concurrent renovations. We highly recommend Elite for excellent service!

    Trimwork, cabinet and ceiling painting

    Spencer and his team (Karly and crew) were one of the most accommodating teams I've worked with throughout the construction of our new home. Ours was a difficult job in which we asked them to prep and paint extensive new trimwork and cabinets in a mostly finished and lived-in home (instead of a new construction setting). They also white-washed/stained our wood ceiling and it came out looking excellent. Overall, I was impressed with their attention to detail and patience throughout the process.

    Bathrooms , bedrooms, laundry room

    We had Spencer and his team paint our bedrooms, bathrooms and laundry room. He also did some specialty painting in our downstairs. We are very happy with the work that Spencer and his team did. Would recommend Spencer and his team for any of your painting needs.

    Project

    We had Elite Trade Painting come and Paint the exterior of our commercial building. It was Amazing to deal with Spencer and his team. He has instilled a culture in his company that is amazing from ownership to the painters, all very polite, and professional. If you want Elite results; I would highly recommend Spencer and his team to tackle any of your painting projects.

    TOP NOTCH

    My husband wanted to get a quote to paint the outside of the house - he wanted to help to keep costs down. They agreed on a situation where Elite would do the hard parts, ie heights, intricate parts and my husband would finish the rest. Very flexible, great job, great friendly staff, top notch!! Another relative used them as well and were very happy.
