Spencer and his team were awesome to deal with! After coming on site to look at the job and take some measurements, we worked together to find out what would have the most impact at the budget I had. He helped me pick a paint that would work and once it was all done he came back to finish up little touch ups and damage once other parts of the reno were complete. He was prompt, on budget, responsive to concerns and on point. I can say that now it is all done I am very happy that I chose Elite Trade Painting and I plan on using them again for my next painting project that needs that professional touch! Thanks Spencer!

Our condo got water damaged from suite above during their renovation - creating a roof problem, which also created a wall leaking, cracking "we need to repaint the walls" problem. Spencer has the perfect tools for quick measuring and tremendous experience and connections. We had our roof repaired and painted, and we painted the entire suite and bathroom. Carley did a great job attending to every little detail and it looks mint! :-) Highly recommend Spencer and Elite Trade Painting.

Spencer’s and his team just completed paining our house, in an out. I can’t remember ever having such a good experience with a contractor! First, they were low bid. The team was hard working, professional, accommodating, friendly, and all in all, lovely to have around. Most of all, they were genuinely dedicated to “get it right”, no matter what it took. We delighted and the place looks great! We would highly recommend this company.

2 bed/2 bath unit (2,000 sq.ft). Fantastic job, competitively priced and professionally delivered. Responsive communications from start to finish. Rented unit immediately upon completion. Wouldn't hesitate a second to refer to family and friends.

We had Spencer and his team complete the repainting of our main floor, living, dining, kitchen bed and bathrooms including backsplash. They also did the back porch which turned out to be a bigger job than expected. We were very pleased with job and the two painters were very pleasant, efficient, and nice to have around. I would recommend Spencer and his team any time.

Spencer and the Elite trade painters crew did an excellent job painting our main floor living ,kitchen and bathroom. They are professional and kind and I will use them again in the future.

Whole house exterior, deck railing and front veranda decking. I was very pleased from start to finish with Spencer and his team. Spencer and his team always showed up on time and when they said they would. They were always reachable for any questions or concerns. The job was done extremely well and in good time. Any concerns I had were quickly addressed and dealt with. I am very very happy with how everything turned out. I will absolutely use them again. :)

Was referred by a friend who provided great reviews of this company's work. During the quoting process, I found Spencer to be the most responsive and detailed out of four companies that I met with. His quote was very specific, professionally put together and ensured we knew exactly what we were getting in advance (i.e., no surprises). We were working on a tight timeline and he was able to provide a team for the small window that we had available to repaint our condo (additional pro). The work itself was solid, they were very clean/tidy and finished the job within the promised timeline. There were a few retouches that needed to be done but Spencer and his team returned promptly to fix those within a few days. Overall, we had a very positive experience working with this company and wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

Spencer and his crew did a fantastic job. Their painting skills are A1. No missed spots or runs, no spills or paint where it shouldn't be. They cleaned up after themselves. Pricing was quite reasonable. They were fast, courteous and went beyond and above. I would definitely hire them again.
