    Thorough fireplace inspection and repair

    My natural gas fireplace stopped working. The pilot light would ignite, but the valve wouldn't stay on in the on position. I played around with looking at a few things myself, but then decided to give these guys a call. It was definitely worth it, and they did a great job. I got them to do a cleaning and inspection as well. They arrived on time, used good covid protocols, and they walked me through some of the troubleshooting steps they were doing and possible causes for the problem. They were thorough, fixed the fireplace, and it looks and works great. I would bring them in again, even just for a cleaning.

    WETT Inspection and Cleaning

    A level of professionalism you don't often get anymore! Fast, professional and courteous service. Ryan was here exactly as promised and the job was done quickly, but thoroughly.     Log lighter and chimney sweep

    We had our log lighter replaced and the chimney swept which needed it badly. Ryan was here when he was scheduled and it didn't take long at all. Very professional and there was no mess in the livingroom. Thanks Ryan.

    Fireplace

    Not sure of cost as my son-in-law paid it but I recall very reasonable! It was 30 below with a windchill of-40! Joel drove to Cochrane from Calgary thru it all after an Emergency call from my son-in-law to please help me! Was here in 2 hours even tho they had a "full schedule"! He checked the vent outside that was ok then came in to find a Grannie recovering from hip surgery& 2 mini Dachshunds all in a ball shivering under a blanket on the couch...He set to work...We had a huge draft coming in...Even tho my furnace was working overtime &fine..At first he thought maybe had not been insulated properly then discovered that the person that did my routine check had not put in the glass properly! Gee....So he cleaned all the "frost" off & while here decided to vacuum it & repaint it as well.....!!!!! So kind considerate! Ty so very much!!

    Fireplace Repair

    The service provided was amazing. Timely service, quick and affordable. Would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a fireplace guy. We wanted to support local and this was a great decision! Very friendly staff that made the process easy and pain free.

    Repeat service, just as good as before

    Our fireplace was having issues... turns out had been five years since the last service so I probably should have done so sooner, but was glad to have Ryan back. In each of the three days since the job, everyone in our family has remarked how great it looks and feels... pretty much brand new. Ryan and his team are awesome, hard-working locals deserving of anyone's business. I will use him again and again.

    Gas Fireplace

    Feb 3, 2021 - I am more than pleased with the assistance I received from Ryan this morning. The fan on my gas fireplace wasn't working. Ryan called to confirm the appt and called again to give me an approximate time of his arrival and showed up on time, even though we had just had another dump of snow overnight. It was a quick fix and Ryan was on his way. I will definitely call Ryan again should I need my fireplaces serviced again. Thank you for being so pleasant and efficient.

    Fireplace cleaning and inspection

    Ryan was excellent! Was honest about our services, and went above and beyond a regular cleaning. He pointed out some cracks, was able to fill them, and also pointed out other issues that we could resolve. As a new home owner I wasn't sure what to expect and I was extremely happy with the level of service.

    Reliable, Friendly Service

    Call in for maintenance and service. Service resulted not being required as maintenance took care of issue. Professional, friendly service from start to finish. New to this city so relied heavily on reviews from different sources and Ryan lived up to what I read. My fireplace looks better than when I moved in. Seriously, I didn't know I had two sets of flames until after he completed the work. They respected my requests around Covid safety precautions without question, gave recommendations without it feeling I was being pushed into sales. Recommending to my condo board

    Fireplace cleaning and maintenance

    From start to finish I enjoyed a very enjoyable and professional experience. From booking the appointment with Alice and there followup of my booking, to the excellent job done by Alex in cleaning and checking my fireplace in an efficient & pleasant manner ensuring his work area had a big tarp to protect my carpet and floors and everything was all cleaned up. My fireplace is like new and never work=ed better! Even the billing and payment system is very efficient. I would not hesitate to recommend. Thank-you
