    Chimney repair

    We’ve had 2 previous contractors try to fix a “drip, drip, dripping” sound in our fireplace chimney (coincidental with melting snow or heavy rains), but the problem remained. Each of the other contractors focused on the flashing between the chimney & roof, but Ryan noticed there was no sloping on the plate below the chimney cap, so water could pool and run down inside. He diagnosed the problem and got a proper plate made and installed. He also called back a few days later to ensure the problem had been fixed and there were no further issues. He’s been great to work with, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend his services.

    Fireplace service call

    Called short notice looking for a service call to get my fireplace working. They managed to fit me in far ahead of the time they were scheduling for due to the timeline I was on. Got a message prior to my appointment that he was on his way and an ETA . Showed up on time and got the work done quickly. Ryan was professional and was able to trouble shoot the problem and rectify the issue fairly quickly. I will definitely use Ryan for future fireplace service calls at our new home.

    Wood Fireplace Chimney Sweep (Cleaning)

    Thank you all so much! Ryan, Alex, Alice and Sue were, in a word awesome! Alex cleaned two fireplaces ($175/per), Ryan completed a repair ($50), all in under 2 hours. These folks are friendly, knowledgeable and willing to go the extra mile! Great customer service and follow up. Don't go anywhere else, this is the place! Extremely happy!

    Fireplace inspection and cleaning.

    Ryan came and checked the safety of my older wood burning fireplace. He found it to be safe except needing a chimney sweep. He arranged to have his crew come the same afternoon and they did a great job cleaning it out. They were polite, left my fireplace clean and were knowledgeable and friendly. I would highly recommend this company.

    New Furnace, Tankless Hot Water Heater & Water Softener

    Ryan installed a new high efficiency furnace, tankless hot water heater and water softener in our home. We hired Ryan to do this work after reading the positive reviews on HomeStars and we are thrilled with the results. Ryan was meticulous about his work and paid attention to every detail. He also repaired deficiencies with the duct work to ensure optimal performance of the furnace. Ryan worked tirelessly until each job was completed and the equipment was operating smoothly. Ryan is very personable and easy to work with. He kept us informed of what he was doing and took time to ask us if we had any questions/concerns. When the work was complete, he walked us through how each system worked. Ryan’s admin staff was also a pleasure to deal with and promptly returned calls and addressed our questions. Ryan's invoice was reasonable and matched what he quoted us. Ryan respected our home by covering the floors and left the utility room looking better than it did before he started. We will continue to use Ryan's services for our gas appliances and highly recommend him.

    fireplace in condo

    I had a tricky problem with igniting the fireplace - the pilot light kept going out. Joel patiently stayed with the problem until he figured out the the proper solution.

    Excellent, honest and clean work!

    Ryan did multiple tests and provided alternative solutions on how to fix our fireplace. We appreciated that he was upfront on the cost to fix/ replace parts (on top of the service call cost). It gives you an opportunity to evaluate your financial situation before proceeding with the service. The cleaning and paint made our fireplace looks like brand new again! If one has fireplace issue, just call Ryan!

    Excellent work! Cleaned fireplace and connected outside gasline to fire table

    We had Ryan come in and clean our fireplace, and figure out what why it wasn't starting. Our fireplace has never looked so good! We also had Ryan connect our outside gas line to our fire table, we ended up at the last minute deciding to have the gas line be hidden...which meant it took more of Ryan's time. He was very patient and accommodating to our needs. He did a fantastic job! We would recommend Ryan in a heartbeat! - Penny and Mark

    Gas heater installation and gas fireplace inspection and repair

    This past winter the gas fireplace in my home started to act a bit flaky. Since I have been in my home over ten years, I figured I should have it inspected. You know, the whole gas/flames thing. Probably nice to make sure that nothing was wrong. I did some research and Ryan My Fireplace Guy had great reviews, so I gave them a call. They were extremely responsive and showed up at the stated time, did a thorough inspection, replaced a few parts, and I once again feel safe! They were extremely professional and their technician really knew his stuff. This summer, I decided to install a gas heater in my garage. After all, isn't heat what everyone thinks about in the summer? I called Ryan, and Mike came by and gave me a quote. The team was able to install it very quickly (approx 5 hours). Again, very professional! They looked after the permit and Alice called me to find the best time for the inspection. The inspection was quick and easy with no issues. They even helped me to find someone to insulate my garage. I highly recommend Ryan! They are my go-to people for all things gas related.

    Awesome service

    Had an older gas fireplace in the house we bought. It was dusty and dirty and never quite worked right,dont think it had ever been cleaned or serviced. Ryan's guy came in and spent hours cleaning,tweaking and adding a few needed parts. I really didnt have high Hope's for the old fireplace but when he was finished it looked and worked like new. Thanks Joel for the great job and professional service. Would recomend these guys anytime and will continue to use there service for all of my gas appliance needs
