    Fireplace maintenance and gas leak fix

    Ryan just left my house after completing a second service for me. The first was to complete a maintenance call on the fireplace which had a bit of buildup and now looks (and works) amazing! The second was to address what he found were a couple of gas leaks in the house. Yikes!!! Ryan provides great service, is so down to earth and practical that you will not regret using his services. I feel like when you book his services the whole family is involved in the process which gives you comfort as well. Thanks again Ryan for helping me out - I appreciate it!!

    Two 3 sided Fireplaces needing inspection

    I wanted an inspection of both of my three sided fireplaces to make sure they were working properly and that there were no gas issues. He did a check on the connections and the sensors. Joel was on time, efficient , courteous and I paid exactly what I was quoted. I will have the company come back in the future to do more work on my fireplaces. I would have no problem recommending Ryan My Fireplace Guy.

    Gas fireplace service

    Prompt, excellent service with full explanations. I would recommend this company to anyone that has a fireplace issue. I was quoted an amount for the required service that would have taken an hour. They had to go longer but I was still charged what was quoted. Much appreciated.

    They are awesome!

    Our fireplace was leaking in our new(to us) home. The guys came out and quickly identified the problem, fixed it and have us the thumbs up to use the fireplace. They were easy to schedule and communicate with. Everything was great!

    Nice and warm

    If you are looking for a fireplace company with a staff that is professional, courteous, honest and reliable Ryan My Fireplace Guy is the answer. In October 2019 Joel provided maintenance cleaning on our two fireplaces as well as fixed the pilot light on one of them. He arrived on time, did an excellent job, explained what had to be replaced and why, and cleaned up everything afterwards. The price was reasonable and we could not be more pleased.

    Fire place install

    Professional and prompt service

    very helpful getting back to my request within minutes and troubleshooting how to fix my gas pipe problem. A gas lamp in my backyard requires to be removed and This company talked me through how to check if it was already disconnected. Excellent and professional service. An honest business that I highly recommend.

    Basement gas stove purchase and install

    Purchase and installation of Vermont Castings gas stove for rec room. Quality workmanship and service. Friendly and informative. Highly recommended. Have also had fireplace serviced earlier with same high level of satisfaction.

    Garage heater works well

    Ryan installed a Modine heater in my two car garage. The heater works well and the gas fitting work that Ryan completed passed inspection. Ryan kept his word and completed a minor gas pipe route adjustment after the heater install. Overall, I am satisfied with the workmanship and appliance installation.

    Thorough, professional, inexpensive

    They came to repair and clean my 2 fireplaces and were friendly, professional and quickly identified what needed repaired and the upfront cost. They did the work quickly which was inexpensive, and cleaned up after themselves. I highly recommend them.
