    Asbestos Removal and Demolition

    We hired Green Life to remove the asbestos that we found in our attic insulation. We got 2 prices, and GL was slightly higher, but they were proposing a more thorough removal, which was the right choice for us. We worked with Jason from day 1 and he was fantastic! From the time his crew arrived to start prep, they were polite, considerate and incredibly helpful. After only a day or two of work, we hired them to stay on and complete the bulk of our demolition as well. It was money that we did not plan on spending, but it was well worth it. The work was done quickly, the space was left clean (well, as clean as a demolished space can be), and the interactions with everyone at GL were always positive and pleasant. Jason communicated regularly and frequently throughout the process. I recommend them highly and would certainly hire them again!

    Gazebo Demolition - Well done!

    I contracted Green Life Restoration Services to demolish an old Gazebo on my property. They arrived right on time, finished the job in a few hours and left the area spotless. I was very pleased with the job that was done and I would definitely use their services again. Highly recommended!

    lead paint removal from exterior garage

    turns out the crumbling white paint covering our exterior garage was old, lead-based. with pets and kids playing on the abutting lawn, we wanted it removed right, with proper containment of the work site and disposal of the toxics afterward. within an hour of calling Green Life they were at our site, assessing the job. they were ready to start soon, do it right, and their quote was about 30% cheaper than their competitor. two days work, one guy the first day [tarping and prepping] and two guys the second, to peel and paint. they finished on time, on budget, and were easy to work with from beginning to end. they stripped the garage clean and sealed the wood in with a new coat of paint. they bagged and carted about fifty cubic litres of soil, too - for no exta charge. they kept the work site clean & contained, which our neighbours appreciated. thanks to Jason, who supervised, and to Robbie, Everton, and Shaun for the hard work.

    Small Asbestos Removal Job (x2)

    These guys were GREAT! They were able to squeeze me in on short notice for 2 separate jobs for asbestos removal. Both times, the workers took time to show me what they were doing, and they did the job RIGHT. Where other companies wouldn't even call me back and quote the work (small jobs), these guys showed up and just got it done. They were courteous, polite, and very hard working. The owner even followed up both times to make sure the work was done correctly. HIGHLY recommend!!

    Cold Room Remediation

    Found mould in my cold room after winter thaw, freaked out! Called a few company's to get quotes. After speaking with Jason at GL, he was able to come to my place and quote within a couple hours. Didn't even make it to the other companies. Sometimes when you want something done fast, first one that commits wins. That's important sometimes. Very pleased with the work done, I'd be happy to work with Jason again (hopefully don't need their services!). I'd recommend them to anyone I know without hesitation!

    Asbestos Removal

    We had testing done and found asbestos in our ceiling plaster. Jason was able to get in there quickly and after a couple of days everything was removed. His team took us through and explained the process walking us through the whole way. Cleaned up and we were able to move on from this unpleasant surprise. They were professional and you can tell customer satisfaction was important to them, my kids can sleep safe, that means so can I. Thanks

    Restoration Downtown

    Jason and his team are an incredible group of professionals. They did an incredible job in a timely and professional manner. Jason was always available and managed his team exceptionally and always kept us informed. I would definitely recommend Jason and his team! Thank you Jason !

    Garage removal

    Jason, the project manager responded immediately to my request for proposal and any questions I had along the way. The crew who performed the job was fantastic, worked hard all day at some points in the rain. Clean-up was thorough. A job well done.

    Full house gut with asbestos and mold removal

    We bought a 100 year old semi-detached in Toronto a few months ago and want to do some major renovations before moving in. We realized, after talking to many contractors, that it made more sense to hire a demolition company to gut the place first, and then it would be easier to see what we were really working with. We found Greenlife on Homestars and Jason was able to come out to the house within a few days to give us an estimate. Not only did they quote us less than two other demolition companies, but they were the only ones that were able to start right away (the very next morning). Jason and his team were efficient and professional and they finished almost a week earlier than expected. The demolition ended up being much more difficult for them than they had anticipated (old house = many layers over the years), but Jason worked hard to stick to the original quote as much as possible and honour his word - something that we are grateful for as we're on a tight budget. The crew treated our space very respectfully and they were also very flexible and patient when we went back on forth trying to decide whether to or not to demolish various things as the process progressed. All in all - we had a great experience with these guys. I would recommend them to anyone!

    Mould removal

    Jason and his team were referred to me by a Real Estate agent that had used their service is the past. Jason was very responsive and came right away to see the water and mold damage in our condominium garage. The Green Life team was available the next day so began the project. The area was well prepared and the mold area properly contained. Jason and the team turned up each and every day on time and completed the project in a timely manner. The work area was clean and well maintained. The Green Life crew were very pleasant and efficient. I would highly recommend them. Lance Hahn
