    Crawl space debris removal

    We had a great experience with Green Life. Our house's crawl space was totally full with construction debris left by a previous owner. Jason the Project Manager was really responsive in getting a detailed quote to us, and gave us some good recommendations. The crew did a fantastic job! They took a lot of care to ensure that the area was fully sealed off with plastic so that dust wouldn't get all over the house. The job they did exceeded expectations, and they left the house in perfect condition. Can't recommend enough.

    Mold and Asbestos

    It was a pleasure to work with Jason and his crew from GreenLife Restoration services! We found asbestos tiles and mold in our basement and as a result, a full demolition was required. We contacted GL on a Sunday of a long weekend, and we were given an appointment for a consultation the next day. Jason arrived promptly for the appointment and was friendly, knowledgeable and professional. He was able to detect and determine solutions for both the mold and asbestos issues we had in our home. Jason also provided us with a detailed assessment and estimates of the work required. Jason and his crew began work the following day. The crew was well organized, efficient, detail oriented, and very clean/tidy. All crew members were extremely kind, respectful and pleasant to interact with. Throughout the project, Jason kept us informed of the progress, and was always readily available to answer any questions we had. We were very impressed with the strong work ethic the crew demonstrated, as well as the pride that the GL crew took in doing the job properly for our health and safety. We would definitely recommend GreenLife to anyone who is need of this type of service.

However, Jason and the crew are very experienced and can, 9 times out of 10, tell during inspection the trouble and give options to deal with it.     Asbestos removal and rebuild

    Amazing job, amazing work and amazing customer service! We hired Jason to do a small job of asbestos ceiling removal. We interviewed 5 people and the most out of all we connected with Jason. He is very polite and very professional, always answered very fast to our inquiries and never treated us like a small job. Like any renovation, that small thing turned into something bigger - for us was a full gut out of two rooms. He was amazing in handling the process and did a fantastic job. I am very picky and particular about details, I need to know every step, what materials are used and what would be the process of each step, and so on( I am an architect), and also we have 2 very small kids and I wanted this process to be done as fast as possible and as with less interruption or dust as possible. Well he raised up to all my expectations without me having to ask each question - his work ethics do involve a great communication with his clients!!! His crew was very polite, very hard working people who were never late or never wasted a minute of the day and also they pay so much attention to the details. Jason communicated every step and addressed every request or concern we had. He was checking and he was in contact with us almost every day to see how we feel about the work. Thank you so much Jason for everything! I am so happy you did the job! Pls say so much thank you to Danny and his partner for putting up with my crazy nagging architect's micromanage behavior. They were fantastic and such a great job they did in rebuilding everything!

    Mold Removal

    GL Restoration Services removed the existing mold in my 2nd-floor storage room. During our site inspection, Jason answered my questions regarding the removal process in a friendly manner. His company also offered a competitive price for the job done within the promised timeline. I'm happy with the service.

    Full home demolition

    My wife and I had our house tested for asbestos and unfortunately it was found in the stipple ceiling, floor tiles (living room and basement) and drywall joint compound throughout the house. Add in the fact that the previous owners of the house were smokers we decided to fully gut our house. As one would do, we logged into homestars and immediately began our search for a contractor to carry out the asbestos abatement and demolition. After stumbling on Green Life's profile and reading the reviews I thought I would submit a quote request and Jason was super quick to respond and showed up at the house the very next day for a site visit. Jason explained the whole process to us and went over the materials he would be using to complete the work. We decided on the spot that Green Life would be the best team to tackle our demolition. The week before work began Jason was in contact with us to provide us with updates regarding when the bin would be dropped off on our driveway and what time they would begin their work. As work progressed, Jason would once again be in continuous contact with us for more updates and to let us know how work was progressing. His team completed the work to schedule and everything went off without a hitch and as promised the site was left clean. We showed photos of the finished work to our friends and they couldn't believe how clean the job was and the condition of the house considering it was built in the 1960's. When we scheduled our post-abatement indoor air quality testing, the specialist had questions about the site enclosure and Jason made the extra effort to drive over to the house to explain everything in person. Before deciding on Green Life, we received quotes from quite a few contractors but none came close to the professionalism that Jason and his team showcased. After speaking with our neighbour (who is also a contractor), they only had positive things to say about them. I have to thank Jason and his team for his top notch work and I wouldn't hesitate to hire or recommend him to anyone in need of his services. I should add that he has a passion for his work and takes great satisfaction in seeing a happy client. Speak with him for a few minutes and you'll see for yourself. Great job.

    Demolition of kitchen, bathroom and basement

    After I Sent a RFQ through through Homestars, Jason called me in no time, provide me with a fair price and done a prefect job. trustworthy company, nice and professional crews and I can not recommend Jason more. I thought it should be a week job which was done in 4 days. well done.

    Basement mold removal

    After having several companies provide estimates, Jason at Green Life provided the most competitive quote with more work being done than any other company. We had an amazing experience with Greenlife from start to finish. Jason would get back to calls/emails/texts promptly and made sure to answer all questions and complete the job on time. His team of professionals left the house with not even a spec of dust. It was like a brand new home once they were done. I would highly recommend this company. They keep their word and do great work as promised!

    Vent removal

    Originally, we had inquired about Green Life's service and pricing on abestos removal in a couple of parts of the house. Ultimately, we hired them to remove the abestos-wrapped vent for us (the pricing was too much for us for the other parts). Jason, the project manager, was responsive and flexible in working out what was needed and when. Shawn came to work on the removal, and he was professional, friendly, and seemingly competent and careful with what he was doing and the particulars of our home. We appreciate the work they've done for us - we're glad to be rid of the vent!

    Demolition

    I recently used Green Life Restoration to demo my basement. I can't recommend them enough. They did a very thorough job. I was extremely impressed with how clean they left the basement and how well they organized all of the contents. Jason was a pleasure to work with.

    Mold removal

    Jason was very quick in responding after I found mold under a painted wall in the basement. Issue was resolved the same day and him and his crew were both fair and professional throughout.
