    Mold restoration and hardwood floor removal

    Due to poor work done by the previous water damage remediation company, our condo developed mold. Jason and his team quickly assessed the situation, gave us a fair quote and got the work done at a rapid rate. The team was very professional in dealing with surprises that inevitably arise in such cases. great work thank you!

    Full home demo and asbestos abatement

    The company that tested our 100 year-old home for asbestos referred me to Green Life and to two other companies for abatement and demo services. I contacted all three of them to provide quotes. I received Jasons quote within 24 hours of meeting his colleague, David, at the house (the other two companies took 3 days and 7 days to send quotes). His quote was competitive and was more comprehensive in its scope than the other two quotes. For example, even though all three companies had the complete copy of the hazardous materials report, he was the only one to propose addressing the lead paint in the basement. He responded immediately when I asked to clarify and confirm a few things. He was flexible with his start date and provided an estimated completion date that he ultimately beat by about 3 days. His crew did an excellent job and he sent me pictures of their progress each day which was very helpful as it wasnt possible to access the site during the project. I told him that he actually left the site looking better than when he arrived which seems absurd given that he took a 1700 square foot, 100-year old house down to the studs but I truly meant it. Their clean up was extraordinary and he took great care not to disrupt our neighbours (tough to do with a semi-detached home). They also removed a glass sunroom addition that had been tacked on to the back of the house 25 years ago and was in horrible condition. Remarkably, theres not a shard of broken glass anywhere in the back yard after their work. There were a few surprises (i.e., an extra ceiling above what we thought was the original ceiling and an extra floor beneath the first two floors) so the cost was more than originally quoted but the adjustments were all very reasonable given the extent of the required out-of-scope work. If I were to ever require demolition support on a future project, I would definitely hire Jason again. The general contractor Ive hired to do our renovation was also very impressed with Green Life's work and has said that he plans on using Jason in the future too.

    AMAZING ASBESTOS REMOVAL FROM BEDROOM WALL - THANK YOU!

    Jason, David, Roan and their team of Green Life Restoration did a phenomenal job in removing asbestos from around a steam-pipe in our bedroom, filtering our apartment air with powerful air-scrubbers, and vacuuming every nook and cranny of our apartment with a HEPA-filter vacuum-cleaner approved for asbestos cleanup. The PCR test on 3 air-samples showed that, after their asbestos cleanup, there was no detectable asbestos in our bedroom air. They provided us with a very detailed written scope of work. They set up an excellent negative-pressure containment-tent, with a zippered door and 2 door flaps, around the wall containing the asbestos. The tent had a plastic ceiling, floor and walls, to prevent the spread of asbestos fibres into the rest of our bedroom. They even cleaned the top of our bedroom ceiling fan, behind and under our bed and sofa, the tops of our cabinets, and our shoe-rack! Everyone from Green Life Restoration we communicated with, including their secretary, is extremely responsive, responsible, knowledgeable, kind, and considerate - and I dont think that one can find better nor more reliable company for asbestos or mold removal!     Remaoval of Asbestos from basement pipes

    Jason took the time to outline the process and clearly explain the cost breakdown up front. So there were no surprises. Amazing crew: (David and Robbie) They were extremely efficient, courteous and professional throughout. All garbage removed with no muss, no fuss. Pipes actually look like new. Thank you Jason for an awesome job.

    Basement demolition and asbestos tile removal

    Many thanks to Justin, David and the whole team from Green Life. They answered all our questions, were efficient in doing the work and an absolute pleasure to work with on our basement project. They cleared up the asbestos tiles, and left all areas of the space safe, clean and ready to remodel. We highly recommend Green Life!!!

    Demolition and Asbestos Removal

    Excellent and timely service. I highly recommend Green Life Restoration Services to anyone looking in the market for demolition work or asbestos removal. Jason was able to quickly assess the house and provide a timely quote. Jason and his team were able to start the job immediately (very short notice) and they thoroughly completed the job leaving the house very tidy. Overall a very good experience.

    Kitchen Vinyl Asbestos Abatement

    With tight timelines on our home renovation, we emailed GL Restoration on a Saturday, and in the next hour I received a call. We worked through the details of quotes, measurements etc. over the phone and email, and their team was able to start work on Monday at 9am. They also discovered an extra area of vermiculite insulation which they informed me of, and once I approved, they took care of that as well - very much appreciated! Thank you team for the fast, friendly and professional work!

    removal of asbestos wrapping on pipes

    Green Life responded quickly to my request for a quote to remove asbestos wrapping on pipes through the basement ceiling.. They explained what they would do and did the work right away. They explained the safety measures they would take and showed me photos of work they did that was hidden from view. I would recommend hem to anyone needing asbestos removal

    Amazing service and great price

    Jason and his team (David and Marvin) did a great job removing my asbestos wrapped pipe and asbestos vinyl floor tiles. Jason was the quickest to respond out of all the other companies I contacted and replied to all my questions immediately, he seems to work 24/7! His team David and Marvin removed all the asbestos containing material within a day including a thorough set up and post cleaning. His team will walk you through all stages of the abatement and show you their progress and finished product. This teams works very hard and delivers great results, I have already recommended them to other contacts.

    asbestos removal

    Jason's guys did a great, clean job and thoroughly removed a lot of nasty material. And they did it the day after I got their quote! I would heartily recommend Green Life Restoration.
