    Asbestos Removal - Bathroom

    We started a bathroom reno, and discovered asbestos materials in the walls on Fri. On Sat, I contacted Green Life using their web form. They responded within an hour, and were willing to start the next day, Sunday. The team were so professional, great containment, demolition, removal cleanup, and 24hr air filter installed. All done in one day - within 24 hours of the original call. Feeling very good about calling in Green Life Restoration. And as an added bonus, they are just really nice people to work with.

    Asbestos removal in basement

    Before starting a renovation we had to have our basement tested for asbestos. It was positive, so we had to scramble to get it done and not delay the reno plans. After a search I contacted Green Life who were able to come the next day….which was New Years Eve. They sent four workers who completed the removal and clean up in one day. They returned 2 days later to remove the poly sheeting and the the air filtration machine. They were professional and the work was very good. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

    We appreciate the high recommendation. We get that we are not the type of contractors you expect to consider when planning your reno. But, if you have hazardous material in your home, it has the potential to delay your project. That's why we get in and out as quickly and efficiently as possible. Unfortunately there's nothing we can do about the 2 days in between removal of material and tear down of the poly, it's part of the process to clean all the particles that may be floating in the air. But at least it happened over the holiday weekend. Thank you for taking the time to write us a great review.

    Asbestos removal

    Jason returned my call the same day. He came to the house to look at the furnace room a couple days later and answered all my questions. The work was arranged for the day after that. He and Sean were professional and courteous. The price was reasonable. Now I have peace of mind. Thank you!

    Popcorn Ceiling (Asbestos) Removal

    Prior to starting renos, I sent a popcorn ceiling sample to a lab in the US. The sample came back positive for asbestos. Jason and his team at Green Life did a great job of professionally removing the popcorn ceiling from 2 floors of our house and then having the air tested by a 3rd party lab after the job was complete. I also appreciated Jason patiently answering all our questions during the process and then providing advice as we progress to the next steps of our renovation. Great job Green Life team - highly recommended!

    Residential Asbestos Removal

    In the process of installing new flooring in my basement I unwittingly tore up a significant section of early 70s vinyl sheet flooring. After testing revealed asbestos (12% chrysotile in the vinyl, 1% in paper backing) I contacted Green Life to conduct abatement. Jason at Green Life responded immediately (on a Sunday), answered all my questions, gave me a very reasonable quote and had David and Shawn on site by lunchtime on Monday. The project was tough because the flooring was glued and riveted to the concrete, but the guys quarantined the area, and worked efficiently to get the job done with no issues. These guys corrected my mistake, made myself and my family feel at safe and at ease and were very knowledgeable and friendly as well. Really happy with the outcome and the peace of mind. Highly recommended!

    Asbestos tile removal

    I had damaged asbestos tiles in an area about 8 by 10 feet in my basement. Jason from Green Life called me back within 15 minutes of my request for a quote. He was courteous and honest throughout our dealings. He provided a quote based on the size of my project and was able to come to remove the tiles within a couple of days. All the work was completed efficiently and so neatly done, with no mess left behind. I feel so much better knowing the damaged asbestos tiles and all residue are gone and I can move on with my renovation feeling relaxed about the safety of my family. Thanks Jason!

    Asbestos Removal

    Jason and his team did an amazing job with the removal of the vermiculite in our attic. They were punctual, professional and returned our place back to us even better than we left it. We appreciated their hard work and would recommend them to anyone looking for restoration services!

    Fast and accommodating

    We were in the middle of reno-ing our old house built in the mid-50s. Lo and behold, there are asbestos tiles underneath the kitchen tiles. Jason, David and their team were quick to respond and get to work. They removed 210 sqft of tile down to the subfloor in a couple of hours and left the house spotless. We can now safely continue installing our new floors.

That's why when you do a reno, you should be getting a substance report on your home so that it doesn't contaminate your it and there are less likely to be surprise.     Excellent Service

    We were planning to remove our popcorn ceilings in our new home and hadn't anticipated needing to use a special service for asbestos removal to do so. Jason helped us through this unknown an unexpected scenario with efficiency and good communication! Jason was able to provide a same-day quote and commence work with his team the very next day. Jason and his team completed the job extremely efficiently, and this allowed our timeline for further work to continue. Jason was very helpful in explaining the process and kept us apprised of progress throughout. Couldn't ask for better service - recommended 100%.

    Excellent work

    When we discovered we needed abatement done for lead paint on our walls, we contacted Green Life. We met their manager, Jason, the next day and could have started the job the day after that if we had wanted to. They also offered a competitive price to take up the floor boards (as that was going to happen anyway), and very carefully preserved some original, century-old door framing that we wanted to keep for use in the rebuild (which we understand most demo workers won't do). Jason and his crew were quick and efficient and our designer/contractor, decades in this business, was amazed at how clean Green Life left the site. I don't often write reviews for companies I work with, but do so when praise is particularly deserved, and Green Life was fantastic.
