I had my Gazebo installed by this company and WOW.....so professional! Matthew was amazing....fit me in emmediately and then called me for a day sooner...which was great news. The installers were quick and explained EVERYTHING about my new gazebo. I was so very satisfied with this company....so glad I called them....Matthew Rocks!

We had our Costco playset installed back in 2019 (just noticed the review didn’t get processed) and we were happy with the work done. They were fast, friendly and were fair with pricing. We would definitely recommend to anyone.

We had a concrete base installed and a shed that we purchased from Costco installed. The crew were friendly and did an amazing job with the concrete base, Matt provided a great solution to prevent weeds from growing around the shed. When it came to the installation of the shed, it was done quickly and looks amazing. The crew cleaned up everything and left no mess behind. I would highly recommend this company, great work guys!

I have been contemplating for the past three years to build a shed in my backyard. I looked up a number of contractors and finally decided to go with The Shed Installer Guys. When speaking to Matthew he was very patient, gave me a run down on what to expect from him and there was no pressure from his side. He assured me that I would be fully satisfied with his work and he stands true to that. They are very professional, accommodating and very polite. Always had a smile and did an amazing job for me. Thanks Matthew, your team (Sean and Marcus) were quick and efficient and got the work done in a day. Sean explained the areas of the shed and what to look out for regarding water in case of defect silicone and honouring the labor of the work. The overall product and shed base seem well built and noted the attention to making sure everything was built correctly was taken by the team. The Shed Installer Guys were quick, efficient, super friendly and excellent communicators. They helped us figure out the best place to install our playset and ensured it was level on the ground and had safe distances all around. They worked so quickly and cleared away all packaging/garbage/etc. as well. Super satisfied with their work and would absolutely recommend them!

i hired them to build a shed. They came with the shed so it was really convenient, one stop shopping. The work was really high quality and professional. I would definitely recommend them.

Not sure where to start with this one. I hired this company because of the great reviews. The actual work was good in the end but it was not a very good customer experience and getting there was challenging. Matt seems to care about what he does and does address the issues when you press him, but he does not do a good job of setting expectations, he seems over whelmed and I get that it's a small business but he bit off more than he could handle for this project in terms of what he promised. The playset needed to be releveled when they first installed so they had to come back. The Shed installation dragged on for weeks so they had to put more time into it, off course that's lost time on their end but that's on him to have his guys get it right. I get that things don't go as planned on projects but it's my job to make them fix the issues and it's their job to fix it or else I have to live with it. He insisted he could remove the trees even though I suggested I would get tree removal company to do this properly, so I gave him that job. Due the number of things they were doing on the property he did not co-ordinate it properly and his frustrations came though in his interactions with me and that did not make for a good experience. In the end Matt tries to make excuses for things that are all his own doing and he needs to work on that, if you own it customers will appreciate it and work with you. However I will say that again, he does seem to care about what he's doing and they did address the issues in the end, I'm just not sure that all clients will advocate for themselves as I had to, to ensure I got what I paid for. That being said, I do want to support local businesses and I hope Matt learns from this experience and does not repeat the same mistakes because it does seem that they get it right most of the time. If you are going use this company make sure expectations are set ahead. I think review site like this ensure that companies will make the effort to get it right and I know Matt wants positive reviews so he will work with you.

We decided to replace our crummy old metal shed and sought a "full service" company to remove, build & install the new shed. We looked on HOMESTARS and were impressed with the great reviews of The Shed Installer Guys. After speaking to the owner Mathew, I went online and placed an order. "Install Day" arrived and a team of 4 delightful, hard working and professional young men arrived. In short order they removed the old shed, build a magnificent wooden foundation in the same site and started to assemble the new and much larger and more luxurious shed. We selected a LIFETIME Model 60334. After several hours of hard work - the shed was ready! The team leader gave me a "tour" of the new shed. He pointed out certain features and displayed a great deal of pride in the work of his team. I have seldom encountered a more dedicated, articulate and professional group of tradespeople. The entire experience was truly a delight. We have TONS of space and the shed is handsome and has elicited many compliment in just one day. Sturdy and waterproof with a beautiful floor - this shed will no doubt outlast me! This is a GREAT group of folk. On time install, super clean and tidy site, old-fashioned work ethic and best of all - A-Z service. I did not lift a finger - merely observed the construction and paid the bill. WORTH EVERY PENNY! If you seek a quality shed, whether or not you wish to do the install yourself - look no further than this great company. 100% whole-hearted endorsement.
