I was a customer of Fluent for many years and am very dissatisfied with them and was in the process of looking for another security company. I was fortunate enough to have a representative come to my house and explain Capitol Security and the features. I'm looking forward to having Capitol Security as my security company.

I changed to a different alarm monitoring company. Transition was made very easy. All options were explained very well. Questions that remained were answered to my complete satisfaction. I also asked about adding features to my current package which h was also accommodated with no issues. A very pleasant process.

The rep Darcy was amazing. He made sure he explained everything and that I understood it all. The installation tech was also very proficient. He also made sure I understood everything before he left. I felt a lot more confident in our security once the new system was installed. Thank you

The technician arrived a little early and took out the old panel, replaced all the batteries in the sensors, tested everything and showed me how to use the system in just a short time at no charge.

Very happy with the product I received. Would really recommend using them for your security needs.

Capitol came out and checked on us as our previous security company hadn't been around for a few years. Salesman was helpful with the whole process and we got the switch figured out right away.

I just changed over to Capitol Security so I dont have n opinion one way or another. The cost will go up slightly but now I can cancel my landline.
