The system is okay, we like the doorbell camera and its a little cheaper than our last one. Now for my story When the sales manager came to our door we told him we were not sure if we were still under a contract with our current security provider. He told us that if we were all we had to do was email our contract and capitol would not charge us until our old contract was up. I realize that we absolutely should have had this in writing but we trusted the sales manager as well as the multiple agents that we talked to about this, that told us the same thing. Two months later I was finally able to obtain our contract with the old security company and it turns out we are with them until June 2024. My husband called to let an agent know at capitol that we finally received our contract from our other provider (with still being told capitol will cover payments till our other contract was up) the agent gave my husband an email address to email the contract to, we emailed it right away. The reply sorry, the contract you signed with us only gave you one month free We now are paying for two security systems. Ive tried multiple times to get in contact with the sales manager and left a message for someone to get back to me and have heard nothing. Very unprofessional. I definitely take blame in this as well if its too good to be true, it probably is.

Pleased to know there will be regular maintenance checks on my security system and there will be techs in the area

Updates required and had notified me of a recall that had been 2 years ago by my previous company. Thumbs up.

They came to my house and made the switch over a seamless process! It was easy and efficient! The customer service is great.

Very friendly service associate came to my house and detailed the changes that have been made to my security system as the old provider had been bought out by a new company. The old provider has not provided service in at least 3 years. Very happy with the service so far, just waiting to see if they are true to their word. The associate said they would update my system with no charge to me.

Just got a knock at the door. The thought of cameras was very appealing. Proceeded based on that.

Had a representative come by, offered the system which is an upgrade from my previous company. More local offices than being sold in Canada and monitored elsewhere in the world. Friendly staff, reasonable rates, nothing to complain about
