They came out the same day and on time. Our large, stacking washer & dryer are in a tight-fitting closet. The young repair man actually picked up the dryer and lifted it off the washer for access! Then he quickly found and fixed the leak without having to order the expensive LG part. He thoroughly tested the fix through the entire cycle. They offered to clean the dryer vent which hadn't been done for 8 years due to the difficult access and needing to go onto the roof. It took a couple of hours and was not inexpensive, but it wasn't an easy job and they worked diligently. They cleaned inside the dryer itself and I believe it runs quieter now. They were well mannered and well organized. We would definitely use Better Care again.

Half an hour later I had one of their technicians at my door. He provided me with amazing service and was very nice, clean and professional.
