Techs Sascha and Don were very progessional and were able to diagnose and fox my problem within an hour. They explained in detail what they were doing and why it was necessary. They cleaned up after they were finished and asked me if I would care to sunmit a review and I said Definitely!! Great job guys. Thank you very much. Bettercare Appliance ...Both Alex and Don went beyond the impossible ....I found them on the Internet to repair my LGFridge they contacted me immediately came out the same day repaired my fridge ...very fair price and great warranty....two days later my oven went and as busy as Don was he went out of his way to fit me into his busy schedule and as it turned out it was the mother board on my stove and once again a fair price with warranty still cheaper than having to purchase a new stove....A Big Thank You to them both especially Don ....Much appreciated...Anita B
