Icemaker replacement
Very prompt & professional. Requested information about my fridge beforehand so they could try to have parts readily available when they showed up. Wore booties to protect my floors & fixed the problem quickly.

Refrigerator repair
The ice maker and dispenser was not working. The gentlemen came in and repaired it within about half an hour. They were kind, efficient and professional. Thank you.

Emergency Fridge repair on a Sunday
After calling a few companies with no luck on Sunday of the Thanksgiving weekend I called Better Care Appliance and as it turned out Technicians were just finishing a job near by so were at our house in an hour. Problem was diagnosed and repair was completed with in 45 min and they had the parts required. Excellent courteous, prompt, profesional service. It's now Monday and the fridge is humming along perfectly. Great job!

Miele Dishwasher repair
Roy came on Monday to fix our Miele dishwasher. He arrived right on time and did a great job! He found a leak from the circulation motor and fixed it on the spot, it was a pleasure to watch him work. I highly recommend Better Care Appliance Repair

Fridge
Fridge freezer was frosting all components and bottom of freezer was building up ice to the point I could not open the freezer door. Don & Sasha from Better Care came out and cleared the problem within a hour. So far everything is working great...
