    Basement underpinning

    We had our basement lowered summer 2018. AAA gave me the best quote out of many companies in the GTA . We are very happy with the results. We double the amount of headspace in the basement and we were able to renovate into a beautiful rec room.

    Basement Leak

    DO NOT USE THEM We used this company and Ziggy for our basement leak thought he was a great guy, with that being said he did a poor job used poor materials and left. Said he had a crew of guys and showed up alone everytime. After the job was done we still noticed alot of water in our basement we then called him again and got nothing but attitude and deflections of all the things that cause the leak but what he was to fix. After having to argue with him to come back to take a look he did so and then never showed up again. We paid in full still have the same problem as when we started and now im down $1500. Horrible guy horrible business practice and not a nice guy lots of better companies out there DONT USE THIS ONE

    Waterproofing of basement

    Basement Waterproofing, replacement of weeping tile, basement entrance addition

    I highly recommend AAA Waterproofing & Underpinning if you are considering any basement waterproofing or additions to your home. They are knowledgeable, professional, and very detailed with their work. I had a complicated job with tree roots and gas lines that required partial hand digging and excavation. They were efficient and careful and competitive with their price. I strongly recommend that you give them a call to quote your project, you will not be disappointed.

    Waterproofing Project

    I used AAA to do a waterproofing job. They did everything they said they would do, communicated well and sent me progress pictures during the job. I would recommend and use them again. Greg

    Basement waterproofing

    Awesome job and came within 24hrs of me calling to fix my leaky basement. Very professional and finished my job on time and on budget. I would highly recommend Ziggy at AAA waterproofing.

    Basement Leaks

    Ziggy and his team were very respectful and did an amazing job on fixing the basement leaks. They were very punctual and professional and left no mess behind.

    Water Proofing

    Water was was leaking from the foundation wall and all the basement walls were wet. AAA showed at at the site for preliminary review and cost estimation very quickly and after signing the contract they fixed the problems very with very good quality. Thanks AAA.

    Basement water proofing

    Water leak into finish basement under kitchen cabinet and in the laundry room . a lot of water accumulated aftet heavy rain
